Bamiyan Kabob

We had a wonderful celebratory luncheon today at Bamiyan. "Wonderful" all thanks to Carolina who treated us like we were sitting at her dining room table. She went out of her way to make that occasion memorable. Thank you SO much, Carolina (sp?).

the restaurant was clean and the service was good. Bamyan kabab food has a good reputation. Its Kebab was adwomen. I tried few locations of this chain, but the Pickering location is the best of all. As an Afghan, I 100% agree the food at this location is all asthenic Afghan food, You try it too, and I am sure you will enjoy the food as much as I enjoyed.

the Kebab of this location is the best. The restaurant is upscale and the service is awesome. I really enjoyed my lunch at this location.

We were there at the closing time right before 9:30 PM in the start. One employee was hesitate to let us sit and eat, but after humbly request they lets eat with my family, which was touch our hearts and I appreciates. In the end one of the Employee give My Wife her birthday treat which was extraordinary special thank you so much.

We absolutely loved this place. Our trio had a tandoori chicken wrap, tandoori chicken kabob, and veggie wrap. There was a slight error with our order and they fixed it very quickly.

Horrible customer service. Very rude young kids working, probably owned by their family. Restaurant is very dirty, every table had food all over it. Workers use foul language while customers and children are around. Management is horrible. Avoid this baamiyam kebab location at all costs.

Last night we went with my family and enjoyed the delicious food. Our order was Chapli Kebab and Sultani Diner. The atmosphere was very quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly, especially the cashier who took our order. Her name was (Mina). She was very friendly and helped us choose a meal for our family of ten. It was a great experience and our order was prepared very quickly. I recommend everyone to try the quiet atmosphere and delicious food here with their family. Thank you to the staff, especially the beautiful girl Mina.

couldnt take a dine in order 45 mins before closing

We arrived at the restaurant at 9:14 PM on monday December 1st and the dining closes at 9:30pm yet the cashier (Maryam) refused to take our dining order saying they have to start closing duties, when the restaurant closes at 10pm

No manager and or supervisor available, it felt like they were rushing us out, and that really soured the experience. I won’t be returning—definitely not the level of customer service I expected. If you're planning on dining, don’t expect flexibility on timing, even if you arrive well before the stated closing time.

I specifically asked them not to burn the chicken only to get the chicken late after they had already called my order and it looked much more burnt than some of the other skewers…When I told them I had specifically mentioned to please don’t over cook the guy making the skewers started mouthing off to me from the kitchen… very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable… I waited there at the counter in case he does anything to the food which is the vibe he gave… never coming here again.. garbage attitude and customer service etiquette… food was below average as there is zero consistency and they burn the kabobs and chicken a lot… very dissatisfied with my visit to this location…
