I visited BarBurrito today around 6:30 PM and ordered burritos, tacos, and a churro with dip. Since I wasn’t sure about the size of the churro, I politely asked how big it was. However, the male staff member responded rudely, saying, “What is there to show? Just order.” His attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful.
On the other hand, the female staff member was quite helpful, which I appreciated. However, customer service is an essential part of this job, and employees should be trained to assist customers respectfully. If a staff member is unwilling to help with simple inquiries, then what is the point of their role?
This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it left a disappointing impression. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures better customer service in the future.
Came in here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. I was there before the lunch rush so was pretty quick. Will come back in the future.
