It's been a while since I've been here. Sakada is a small Japanese restaurant located in a neighbourhood plaza in Pickering. It appears to be family owned and run. Very friendly people. I was planning to order one of the lunch specials posted in the window but then I saw the All You Can Eat lunch special for $14.00, including a drink. It was too tempting. Was just driving around looking for food and found this place in a strip plaza. Very friendly service. The lady at the front desk is very sweet and nice. I noticed a lot of teens eating there and she was very kind to them like a mother. I ordered a bunch of set menu take out. The price is very good for Japanese Food. The portions are a good size. The food is pretty good. I dropped $40 for dinner for 3 (could of been for 4) , much healthier than burger and fries. I will definitely...
I live near the restaurant and usually call in my order and go and pick it up. They have delivery but I prefer to pick it up when I am in the plaza. They have great deals for dinner's for two. We have gone several times for dinner and still brought home food. Staff is quick and efficient.
