Horrible customer service. Can't pack food properly and then doesn't believe the customer when you Tel them food is missing. Brutal.

Went here after a long time. I don't think it's the same. Attached is my receipt with the burger wrapper I got, which there was no tomato either. I got charged extra for no reason. If I ever go back I need to check the mods before leaving.

Clean once the kids from the highschool leave and the mess they made gets cleaned up. Food is good, and usually correct. Had a long wait for some apple pies and the worker gave me an extra for free.

Weekend service is so slow that patrons just started leaving instead of waiting to order. There were probably 2-3 workers in the entire restaurant.
They did get the orders correct at least and it tasted good ?
It was very nice but I would've wanted my food faster

I came to the restaurant on June 15, 2024 at 09:32 (pm). There was no attendant at the cash register. I said hello twice and no one answered even though they saw me. When I asked why I was waiting, the Asian male employee came to me and told me that I had to wait and that they did not have to provide fast service. You lost two loyal customers today.
