Been coming here on and off for many years buying hamburgers for me and my pooches. The price hasn't changed much and it's still the same great tasting burger. I have respect for these guys because despite everything they still offer something for every manner of wallet.

Ordered a Whopper with Cheese on UE. Was somewhat irritated that I could request extra cheese on the app, but whatever. My meal arrived with zero cheese. Not a happy camper. It was my Friday splurge. Will bypass this location in the future.

This isn’t snowing me which one I’m reviewing but I can only assume it’s the one in Ajax. Seriously the best one I’ve ever encountered. Got my custom order right the first time and the burger felt and tasted like a burger that wasn’t smashed in the back for fun! I’ll never forget this BK! I’ll be back ✌️

Ordered bigfish burger my all time favorite, but first time at this place it was not so good. Onion rings which are usually crispy were stale and soft

May 2 @ 12:15am We just went through the drive-thru to order food only to see a Chinese (male) employee on his phone and picking his nostrils with his fingers. Then we drove to the window to tell him that we saw him, but he opened the window without washing his hands✋️✋️ and said he was picking buggers out of his nostrils. We were sick to our stomach and will never eat here again. VERY NASTY 🙈☹️
I'm beyond pissed off. I gave up for lent glutton so now that lents over the one thing I love is burger King my husband works beside a burger King and went to this location to grab me burger King and suprise me I do like my burger a certain way only to have it all wrong my husband ended putting lettus from his on mine to make me feel better and to watch your whole family sit there and enjoy whats your favorite thing then when I called them to let them no it was done wrong they basic said they made it right and basically called me a liar but in reality who would go out there way to lie about something then she told me come back n she'll replace it but we live about 30 mins which is the closes one to me so to burn gas there and back not worth a $7 burger the lady on phone and the guy who worked there were so rude and didn't help with anything when I asked what is head office number she didnt give it to me I will not ever go back there worse experience ever

Went here after a long time. I don't think it's the same. Attached is my receipt with the burger wrapper I got, which there was no tomato either. I got charged extra for no reason. If I ever go back I need to check the mods before leaving.
