This is my go to place for ordering Chinese Guyanese food! The staff is always so welcoming, Jimmy and Sophia are true definitely of Customer Service. The food is amazing and the quality is top notch. Their lunch specials are filling and enough to feed two people! Their hot and spicy calamari is another must have! I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Keep up the awesome work!
My top favourite place to go for west Indian Chinese food. This is the perfect place to get drinks and food. The food is excellent, especially the crab cheese wontons. The prices are amazing and portions are very big. The service is top notch. Sophia, one of the waiters there, is one of the hardest working employees I've ever seen. Always ready to serve and always alert when it comes to serving tables. I would highly definitely recommend checking this place out.

As a proud regular at Carribean Heat, I cannot praise this place enough! Jimmy and his team consistently deliver outstanding service that makes every visit a memorable one. From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with warm smiles, prompt attention, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the family.
The food here is absolutely incredible. Whether it's the Caribbean Heat Salted Fish & Chicken Fried Rice or their calamari and pepper squid, the dishes are always cooked to perfection, packed with authentic Caribbean flavors, and have that signature heat that I crave! The seafood, in particular, stands out. The Spicy Garlic & Ginger Green Onion Lobster is hands-down one of my favorite dishes—succulent, fresh, and full of bold flavors.
What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the passion you can see from Jimmy and his staff. No matter how busy it gets, they make sure to check in, offer recommendations, and ensure everything is up to the highest standard.
