We enjoyed our evening. Enjoyed my steak. Blue Hawaiians were tasty. Wife enjoyed her Waygu burger.

From poor customer service to cold and over cooked steaks. We had a horrible experience from start to end. It's extremely unfortunate since it was Valentine's Day!

Was a great meal. Ordered filet minion and porter house both cooked perfect for Medium rare. French onion soup and shrimp cocktail apps were delicious . Even side items were fantastic. Service was delightful.

Service and food here is usually a bit sub par to other Casual locations I’ve visited. Still ok for a quick bit tho as it’s usually the best value for you Casino Comp dollars.

Incredible service, and exceptional value. Our server went above and beyond our expectations.

The prime rib was over cooked and extremely fatty. Although this is a characteristic of this cut, it was not trimmed at all resulting in almost half of the serving being inedible. The server and manager were not very responsive to feedback.

We frequently dine at Copperhorn Meet House Pickering and always enjoy our dining experience. The staff are very attentive, and the food is always served perfectly as ordered.

Our server Audrey was amazing. She was attentive, kind, and very apologetic for the poor experience we had with the food. We ordered the French onion soup and Caesar salad for appetizers which were fine. For our main course, we ordered a porter house to share with a side of whipped potatoes and an extra fully loaded baked potato and an add-on of scallops. We ordered our porter house medium rare, but when it arrived, the steak was a wide range of temperatures from medium to well done. We immediately notified the chef and who appeared to be the dining room manager and the chef was extremely rude and dismissive and gas lit us into believing it was medium rare. He stated it was medium rare and walked away without even offering to prepare a new steak. Thankfully the manager had some sense of customer service and offered to replace it. Unfortunately at this point we realized the entire steak would have to go to waste and that was the last thing we wanted. After we started eating, we realized the scallops were undercooked, almost raw. There was no colour, no sear and looked like they steamed it. It was absolutely disgusting. I've seen photo reviews on google and the scallops did not look like this. At this point, we asked the manager to take it away and remove it from our bill, which they did. They also offered complimentary dessert but honestly, everything was just so mediocre and not worth the price. A small can of Montellier sparkling water cost $8, the porterhouse was $88 and scallops $24-28?? The only saving grace here was the empathetic server. Overall, I would NOT recommend this restaurant and I would suggest the restaurant not allow the chef to be customer facing.

Mikel (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was our server for the evening. He was very professional , polite and attentive with us. The salmon appetizer was presented beautifully and did not disappoint! Our steak s were cooked to perfection and complimented with a a delicious bottle of Sandbanks wine. The hostess Jaren was pleasant and accommodate our seating preferences. We will definitely be returning for an other dining experience the next time we travel to the city. Excellet!!

What a beautiful restaurant, our server was very good. There was very few or limited options if your not a steak person. The price was $300 ( a little under) for two people). One person doesn't drink. I felt the price was well over for what it was. We had the filets and no appetizers and 2 beers and shared 1 dessert shared. 3 sides. No wine -
