I use to eat here eat nachos, steak cuted fine with delicious sauce on it but now changed the menu, changed the price also. Nasi goreng is Indonesian food doesnt look like autentic Indonesian nasi goreng, no put peanut on our nasi goreng also we not eat satay with sweet sour sauce but with peanut sauce or sweet soy sauce with chili, tomato in sauce. The beef satay so hard to chewing.The new steak main menu is not yummy, I really miss previous menu of the steakFish and chips also very salty

Didn't get to try anything food so Can't say. Was seated promptly. On Monday with 2 wait staff and 3 tables. I was kept waiting for 30 mins with no one to come to take order or offer drinks. The was a couple that was seated 20 mins after I was and they were offered prompt service. After 30 mins I left. The woman who seated me saw me leave.

Customer service is terrible. Made a call to room service about a very small mess up on the breakfast order. Something was missing just wanted the 5$ item taken off. Got passed around on the phone for 20 mins till a manager clearly annoyed told me that sucks when I explained the issue. This isn't the way a manager should speak to someone I don't think. 25 mins on the phone my 5$ item was taken off the bill. Just everyone I spoke to while getting passed around and at check in seems miserable and annoyed people are coming to their place in the middle of nowhere.

The only reason this gets one star is because the waitress was super nice. The food was dry had to send the steak back cause it was over cooked and had zero taste, the mash potatoes tasted like they were under the heat lamps for a couple of hours.Tried the burger hoping that it would be good but unfortunately it was dryer then the Sahara dessert. I would definitely recommend you eat before going to the casino if this restaurant is the only option.

Food gets worse each time you eat there.Been going at least once per month. Last evening is the last. Didn't eat all chicken wrap (how a chef can't make a simple wrap,)more lettuce than breaded dry old chicken cple.pieces in each wrap not heated.Gross is best description of meal .Was just as hungry as before eating here.With all reviews need to lower prices and get trained chefs.not fast order cooks.

Order the nachos and there was hardly any meet and they put these gross bread things around the side so there was hardly any nachos. Then they changed me $3 for a small thing of salsa and $2 for sour cream. What a rip off. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our meal at casual Pickering in the casino my nachos were so big that I had to take them home and make two meals out of it. And I asked for no salsa and just sour cream, and they gave me so much. I was very impressed. My waitress Zane was very kind and on top of everything I will definitely be coming back for more nachos.

How can you not be energized in a casino! It would be advantageous to the establishment if the restaurant was the same, feel the two should go hand-in-hand. Heaven knows how much dough is lost in that place nightly.Portions seemed small for the pricing, but I guess you don’t go there to eat! Would be a small consolation if one could feel that they got a little value from their experience…Dessert tasted like it came right out from a big box store refrigerator.It can only go up from here ;)
