Visited a few weeks ago. Nice selection of drinks and food, as well as the churros (highly recommend as a desert). A hidden gem within Pickering and Durham region

Great food and cool vibe. Service is amazing and they make a nice variation of margaritas. All their apps are very good and pretty big portions - perfect for sharing with the table. Highly recommend.

My go to in Durham! Best restaurant in the region, everything is so tasty and delicious, plus the staff and the service are 5 stars! Don’t forget to try the Pink Jaguar margarita - the absolute best!

The food is excellent. We were a group of nine. We tried a variety of dishes and they were all delicious. The execution and ingredients were high quality. The service was also excellent. The waitress was very helpful, explained well and always available. We sat outside on a cold day because we had a dog and they were kind enough to turn on the over lamp and roof. The prices are a little high for the portions specifically for the tacos but they were excellent. I suggest getting an appetizer and two tacos to fill you up. Two or three tacos will not do unless you eat very little.

We came on a Friday night and had a great Mexican meal. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. The guac and street corn were generous portions and perfect as a combination for dipping. Our al pastor and fish tacos were tasty and a good balance of textures and flavors. The curious felt a bit dry but the ice cream was perfection!

Parking available in plaza. Great ambiance. Highly recommend reservations!

We had a delicious lunch at Chuck today. It’s my second time here and I was very impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Love Chuuk! Great spot for after work drinks. We always end up with a pitcher or 2 of Pink jaguar margaritas. And finish our meal with Tres lesche cupcake and a yummy mayan coffee.

Chúuk has been on my list for a while now and finally got a chance to try it. As a huge fan of authentic Mexican food, I think anyone coming here expecting Mexican diner prices or the authentic Mexican flavors would be disappointed. This is definitely as described, modern. The restaurant is very cozy. I’m personally not a huge fan of loud music in restaurants and always find myself straining to talk to people at my table. The food definitely makes up for it. The guacamole was fresh and the chips were crunchy and warm. The cassava fries were amazing! The grilled shrimp and grits were good but the tacos were even better.

The cocktails were yummy! They’re not too alcoholic and you can taste all the ingredients.

Will hit the desserts next time :)
