I usually visit Chachee's weekly, but today was disappointing. I waited over five minutes for someone to take my order, even though the server saw me and wasn’t busy. When he finally took my order, he seemed inattentive and didn’t make any conversation. I understand people have off days, but when I ordered chai, he didn’t ask if I wanted it with or without sugar. Unfortunately, it was with sugar, which was frustrating since I have blood sugar issues. I also wasn’t given utensils with my meal. Despite the café being quiet, the server walked by multiple times to clean the SAME tables, making me feel rushed to get out. On a positive note, the other server (the woman) is always so friendly and creates such a cozy vibe. I’m giving two stars purely for her excellent service!

The karak chai is worse. It’s not worth it. Waste of money.

I'm not too much of a fan of falooda but I gotta say the falooda here is really good, tasty, quality, I like the ice cream they add to it. I specifically had the mango falooda

You must try the "Kadak Chai" if you are fan of a strong aromatic Indian chai / tea! Delicious...the staff is pleasant as well. Like the interior but the place need to keep clean at all times. Also, a suggestion if the management try Indian sitting style, it will take it to next level <3

Firstly the cafe is so aesthetic, well arranged and very cleanly maintained. I visited with my friends, it was a great hangout place they also have some board games as well. Starting with the food i have tried the samosa chaat it was the star item from what we ordered and my personal favorite. Their faloodas are very good. And special mention to their almond croissants……very yum. My friends tried their house special chai and it was really good. Must visit place if you are in and around with your friends and family.

It was my first time I loved the environment it is nice and cozy. I ordered the Chachees Karak chai,Philly cheese steak and mango falooda. Each and every item were rich in flavors. I also had chance to talk with the owner he helped me choosing the food items which were amazing. I would definitely recommend the cafe.

We love coming to this place,we usually have the Ginger chai and Masala chai.
Unfortunately the past couple times that we had the Ginger Chai, it didn’t have the ginger flavour at all. Even after telling them they still made it the same.

Moreover the cups are so hot, they should provide a cup sleeve.

I love the food and drinks at chachees, and the environment is great for families. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking. I ordered a large drink but only received a medium, instead of making me a new drink the staff simply filled a small Dixie cup with the additional drink which was very disappointing. Additionally, the washrooms are very outdated and poorly maintained.
