Lauren provided fantastic service and the food was great. The beers were incredibly cold and frothy. Would recommend to anyone looking for food and drink reasonably priced.

Great place ! Excellent service and I love the apps after 9!
Went to Chuck’s Roadhouse Ajax and had a really good experience. Our server Jaidyn was awesome – super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She definitely made the visit better, will be back!

Do not go to this location! All other locations of this restaurant were better. They skimp on portions and service. Don't waste your money!

Food was good, I didn’t expect much for the price but the service was horrible. Our server came to our table maybe once or twice over the span of 2 hours!!? Our drinks were empty and we had to practically serve ourselves.
It took over an hour for just our appetizer to come out and she took our food to wrong table, we had plan to get dinner as well but wanted to leave after 30 minutes. I was very disappointed in the staff and management.

The food was excellent, especially the meat – very flavorful and cooked just right. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. The only area that could use some improvement is the quality of the drinks, which didn’t quite match the level of the food. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place worth visiting

I have no problem with this restaurant itself, but I do have a serious problem with the manager, RAVI. I applied here two weeks ago and spoke with Ravi about my availability and resume. Everything seemed to be going well—he asked me questions, and I answered honestly. When we discussed my school schedule, he said he had no problem training me or having me work three days a week, as long as I confirmed when I was available. I told him I wouldn’t have my schedule until Monday, and since I applied on Tuesday, July 24, 2025, he asked me to email him as soon as I got it. I did exactly that the moment I received my schedule. I waited two days without a reply, so I called to follow up. Ravi told me, “I did not look at your email because I have two interviews on Friday.” I replied, “No worries, I just wanted to let you know I’m available to work the three days we discussed.” He said, “I will contact you and let you know.” After that, I heard nothing. TODAY, I called again to check the status of my application, since his Friday interviews would have been over by now. Someone answered the phone; I asked to speak with Ravi, and the person said they’d get him—but then hung up on me. When I called back, they claimed they were “trying to transfer the call.” I went along with it and asked again to speak to the manager. The person said, “If you applied here, then Ravi should have your number. I’ll get him to call you back.” A couple of hours later—still no call from Ravi (shocker). So I went to the restaurant in person. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, despite servers clearly seeing me. Also, I couldn’t help but notice there was no diversity among the staff; he seemed to only hire people of his own background. Eventually, I spoke to a server who kindly seated me at a booth to wait for Ravi. When I finally saw him, I said, “I’m not sure who I spoke to on the phone, but they said you would call me back later. It’s 6 o’clock now, and I haven’t received any call from you.” Ravi replied, “I had no time to call back.” At that point, I knew where this was going, so I didn’t bother pressing the issue. I told him, “I came here to let you know I’m very eager to work here and have this opportunity.” He replied, “We had no plan for you to come and work here.” This left me shocked and frustrated—why waste my time telling me you’d have no problem hiring and training me if I provided my schedule, only to turn around and say otherwise? He then explained that he had hired the two people he interviewed on Friday, adding, “They have experience working at Chuck’s and you don’t. You had no chance of getting hired here.” This is completely ridiculous. I’ve never had an experience where I was given false hope and lied to so blatantly. TO RAVI: You’re miscommunication was absolutely HORRIBLE. The least you could’ve done was let me know you won’t be moving forward with my application instead of having me email and call you 24/7. Even one of your employees mentioned that is real typical of you to do. How many other people did you do this to? For further applicants, DO A BETTER JOB. DO NOT APPLY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FALSE HOPE!!

Went here last night, I was told it was going to be 15-20 mins wait which me and my friends didn’t mind. After 30 mins, we haven’t received a call yet like they said they would. When we went back to follow up on our table, the guy in the front said “nobody called you” and we literally saw our name crossed out on the waiting list. The guy was prioritizing brown people first even though we got there first and the guy didn’t even apologize to us. This place is run my brown people and I have noticed that the brown servers only checked up their own people. They literally only checked up on us once, didn’t even give us napkins and utensils. This place used to be great but now its terrible cuz of the type of people they hire.
Tables disgusting, service slow and incorrect, orders delivered incorrectly.
From when we sat down we noticed every table was set, but not cleaned at all. Food and trash left under fresh dishes and menus. Even the bill was incorrect, service attempted to over charge our bill. If you go here check your tables, your orders, and your bill. I won't return

Messed up my bill. Water tasted bad. Wings were satisfactory, but not great. Felt hollow. Weird bill even afterwards.
Came back for some reason, raised it to three stars, because of good prices.
