Good chicken wings

Went here last night, I was told it was going to be 15-20 mins wait which me and my friends didn’t mind. After 30 mins, we haven’t received a call yet like they said they would. When we went back to follow up on our table, the guy in the front said “nobody called you” and we literally saw our name crossed out on the waiting list. The guy was prioritizing brown people first even though we got there first and the guy didn’t even apologize to us. This place is run my brown people and I have noticed that the brown servers only checked up their own people. They literally only checked up on us once, didn’t even give us napkins and utensils. This place used to be great but now its terrible cuz of the type of people they hire.

Tables disgusting, service slow and incorrect, orders delivered incorrectly.

From when we sat down we noticed every table was set, but not cleaned at all. Food and trash left under fresh dishes and menus. Even the bill was incorrect, service attempted to over charge our bill. If you go here check your tables, your orders, and your bill. I won't return

I recently visited Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was very good, offering great flavors and quality at an economical price point. The service was exceptional as well—friendly, attentive, and quick to ensure everything was perfect. It’s a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be returning.

Messed up my bill. Water tasted bad. Wings were satisfactory, but not great. Felt hollow. Weird bill even afterwards.
Came back for some reason,raised it to three stars, because of good prices.

Sam was our server and she was amazing! Dealt with the whole table with a smile and so polite and friendly and amazing service! I’ve gone here a few times and different servers, and just know if I see Sam I’m always going to where she is??

This place if good if you not very specefic about your food habits and that you can eat anything. If you are particular then you might have to check the menu real good to get what you want to eat.

Beer is a scam here look at the foam in the pitcher.Also bartenders doesn’t replace it even after asking to fill it up to the top.

Kimberly was our server and she was nothing short of amazing. Attentive and super friendly. So quick with the service and check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
