Our server was amazing and did her best as it was very busy, but we noticed the girl cleaning the tables was not wiping them down at all just clearing dishes, and another table got their food before us even though they were sat 30 minutes after us and the kitchen forgot to put bacon on my club sandwich. Our server was great but everyone else was lacking which left us very disappointed

Welp this place has gone downhill... Came after 9 for some drinks and appetizers, was told a 40 minute wait.... After giving them my phone number and waited 40 minutes, I went back to ask about seating and they told me another 40 minutes because they were busy.... Made my way to ajax location instead. Much better food quality and service.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. The service was incredibly slow, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant by new management. Food is good. Our experience with service very terrible because we asked server about sandwich and he said it comes with breaded chicken but next time when we ordered it comes with grilled so we had conversation with our server and she said it not comes with breaded one.

Terrible experience. Used to come here up until a few months ago this new management is terrible. Ordered a rib eye and the steak smelt weird, took one bite and knew the meat was off. Explained this to the manager and he told me it wasn’t possible that I was wrong because they got their orders in today. Told him well he needs to check before receiving them because something wasn’t right. He continued to tell me that it must be me. I asked him to smell it before he came to that judgment, I refused to eat it. He came back 10 mins later and told me that someone else said the same thing and apologized. Had another meal remade it was also undercooked, didn’t provide any discounts on my meals.Also ordered a strawberry pecan salad and it was basically a bowl of leaves, no goat cheese 3 strawberries and I didn’t taste a single pecan. Very little care put in the food went to Mary browns spent 5 bucks and the food was soooo good. You’re better off going there.

Great service. Not sure of our servers name but he was great. Didn't need a note pad to remember all 5 of our orders. Decent food, great prices considering the inflation rate nowadays. Oh ya $4.00 domestic draft beers before 5 pm cheers!

I just wanna shout out the new hostess Alyssa for doing a really good job tonight during my visit to Chucks with some friends. We couldn't even tell it was her first day!! She went above and beyond for us and had 10/10 service with a smile.My friends and I have been coming to Chuck's for the past month-ish every weekend and because of her we'll continue to come back!!! Make her a waitress and we'll personally request her every time.
We were looking for a place to grab a quick dinner and stumbled on Chuck's Roadhouse, and we were pleasantly surprised. First of all, everything on the menu is fairly priced and they actually make sure to keep the prices reasonable while providing good quality. Don't remember the last time we bought a cheeseburger for only $13.99!We started off with the mozzarella sticks ($9.99) which were nice and cheesy and then moved onto the cheeseburger ($11.99) and the bacon cheeseburger ($13.99). Everything tasted really good and fresh. The quality does match the price compared to other places where they overcharge and you're left disappointed. We then had the butter toffee bread pudding ($6.99) for dessert and it was tasty. Hard to believe it was only $6.99.The staff was very friendly as well and the customer service was fast. There was very little wait time for the food.Overall, we were satisfied with Chuck's Roadhouse. Their prices make it well worth it, this whole meal + tips and taxes cost less than $70. First time there during a Leaf game....the place was packed but we found 2 seats at the bar. The specials they gave during the game (and half price apps after 9) was a nice surprise when we got our bill! Beer was cold, food was hot and service was great. Will be back!

***Caution - Chucks Roadhouse in Pickering has new management***This Chucks Roadhouse location has been one of my favourite establishments since before covid and even until recently. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service has always been great any day or time of the week. Unfortunately in the last couple of months, the restaurant has been taking a negative turn.It seems like the new owners want to keep their profits high and budget low. In the last few months we’ve been seeing our favourite staff members leaving and lots new and poorly trained staff appear. Every time we’ve visited in the last few months there has always been AT LEAST one issue with our order not to mention the long wait times. We’ve brought our issues up with the shift supervisors, who I need to mention are also new, and they offer to replace the item but don’t apologize. We’ve also noticed that every time we send our food back due to the mistakes, they take our food to the back and bring out the same item with whatever was missing added on or vice versa (E.G.: One time our Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla was missing Buffalo sauce and the same item with sauce poorly put on top was brought back. Another time we ordered a Chuck’s Burger with no tomato and when they returned with the burger you could clearly see red tomato juice on the bun). Prior to the new management we very rarely, almost never, had issues with my food though the few times we did I remember they would replace my item without taking the old one away and apologize right away. Not only has quality of food went down significantly but the portions have become smaller as well.It is very disappointing to see a Pickering staple diminish but I am so thankful that previous shift supervisors Orianna and Shelby are still at this location. It is unfortunate that they are no longer recognized for all the great work they’ve done / are doing but they continue to show great leadership skills and assist in situations even though they’re not being paid or told to do so. Thank you to Orianna and Shelby for continuing to provide the service I know and love from this location. If it weren’t for you two, I likely would not return to this location.
