i come in at opening …loafs are not available to be sliced

i come in 8am …loafs are still not available

i come in 9:30am …loafs are still not available

one time i came in @ 11am…loafs are still to hot to be sliced.

i don’t understand this location
when are breads ready ?!?!?

they tell me to call in advance unfortunately my life is unpredictable…

one time i came to pick up treats first thing in the morning when they did open at 6am they all of a sudden changed there time to 7am without notice on a holiday weekend.

this location is worst location

please tell me when are the breads available

I made a big request for the wedding and the shape of the sweet was very bad and big. I think it should be better than what I got. If this continues, it will lead to a lack of trust and credibility.

Has shrinkflation really hit cobs? I usually pick up my hotdog buns etc….from morningside location but they are not making a standard size hotdog bun. It’s about an inch and 1/2 shorter than normal. When I asked they said the size depends on the baker. My response was well the size you sell depends on the customer and I put them back on the shelf and walked out. I started going to the Pickering location and today not sure if it’s the baker but I asked for gourmet hotdog and hamburger buns. I didn’t really check them in the store but they are as flat as can be. I’m not even sure if I can cut them without them breaking. The tops are not the usual soft and shiny. Instead the top is hard and not so shiny. Very disappointed. They are not big and fluffy like they used to be. At $1 per bun I won’t be going back.

What the morningside location lacks in service and polite employees, Steeple Hill Cobbs makes up for it.

We have been to several Cobs locations, but this is our favourite. Super friendly and helpful staff, and plenty of parking.
