Atmosphere - Strange environment, doesn't really feel like a restaurant, but more of an afterthought shoved in the back of the casino with a weird/empty feeling layout.Food - The appetizers were pretty good, but the mains were hit and miss. They have filet mignon on the menu, but it's actually a super thin piece of overcooked meat which they told us "we butterfly it to cook faster". We had to get our steaks re-done because they were extra well cooked and we wanted medium rare, this took another 15 mins. The service was insanely slow, but the waitress was nice enough. Half of our meals came out, and the rest came a good 5-10 minutes later with no apology.Overall I would rate this about 2.5 stars, and would not ever go back.Edit: I emailed the hotel the day after the issues, and I’ve tried following up multiple times with no answer. Definitely do not bother going here!

Service by waitress Rohanna and bartender Mehitz was great. Both were friendly and courteous and very engaging. The food was terrible. Steak over cooked when asked for medium rare. The chicken was bland. For the price the food was way over priced. Our third time at the Pickering location in 3 months. This time around we requested a small dessert and song for the birthday boy. Had no idea they would charge us $16 for dessert and it was so small we thought it was a sample size dessert lol. Spoke to the manager about why the dessert was complimentary lol she had nothing to say and uttered only I'm sorry it's out of my hands. That's your manager? Will not be returning to this place again. We will take our money and business elsewhere next month.

Our server Mikael was outstanding. He goes above and beyond. We brought guests with this visit to the restaurant and they also expressed hiw great the service was. We enjoy coming to this restaurant and have told many people about the great service we always get here. The roasted garlic and bread is absolutely amazing. Please thank Mikael for the great service we have always gotten.

My husband and I loved this restaurant. Our server Rowena was amazing!!!! She was very friendly and made great menu recommendations. This is a great place to dine with no children present as the restaurant is on the casino floor. We started with the oysters and shrimp cocktail. We each had a steak that was delicious and then dessert. I had the lemon tart and my husband had the chocolate cake, I think. It came with a injection of Baileys. We like it so much we have already made another reservation.

Reading the menu on line I was very hesitant to visit but decided to go and was very pleasantly surprised as were the 3 other people in our party. Wine was reasonably priced. Prime rib was excellent as was braised ribs. Salad served in eatable bowl and again excellent.Service was great, friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu.Would definitely return.

We came specifically for steaks, and they were very underwhelming. Barely seasoned, and barely any flavour - overall not that great. The Caesars were delicious, but not what we went for.

Everything was fantastic until we got to desert. The raspberry sorbet was freezer burned and inedible and my husband's cheesecake wasn't much better, it just tasted like frozen Sysco cheesecake. Our server was excellent and took my desert off the bill but the deserts don't live up to the rest of the meal, it's disappointing.

Meat was bland, presentation could be more elegant, not impressed with Braised ribs or Lamb - small, smothered sauce took away from the true value of the meat. Complementary bread was the best part!

Pickering desperately needed an upscale dining establishment beyond the well known Italian option. Pickering is still in need.Copperhorn didn't do it for me. There's a sizeable wine list and nothing but ordinary beer in bottles with nothing on tap.I ordered the Beef Short Ribs, my husband the Prime R\ib. We shared a Caesar Salad. The salad is served in an edible bowl made from cheese. It would be nice if the romaine had been. tossed in the dressing rather than being presented as a bowl of chopped romaine with way too much dressing sitting in blobs on top (plus more in a dish on the side) and garnished with a whole slice of bacon and croutons made from thin slices of toasted french stick. The croutons were the best part of the salad. The bread plate with parsley butter and a head of roasted garlic that started the meal was quite nice.My husband was happy with his prime rib dinner. My short ribs were a flavourless, fatty, disappointment. Amid the circular outline of lukewarm mashed sweet potatoes containing a pool of glossy brown gravy I found chewy deep fried strips which I believe were onions and charred heirloom carrots. On top of that, sitting under gravy topped with a mittful of green herbs of some sort were the short ribs. My first mouthful was fatty goo. Upon closer inspection I found the entire top of the meat was covered in a slab of the same jiggly mass. I ended up scraping away the gravy to find something other than connective tissue, membrane or fat and there wasn't much. I'm sure the people next to us were impressed every time I had to withdraw a previously undiscovered elastic like mass from my mouth. The discard from a 3x4x2 inch block of meat filled my breadplate. My husband's horseradish gave my meal some flavour. The carrots were the best part of the dish.I know that short ribs aren't the most lean cut of beef but I've had far, far better elsewhere. For the price, I think Copperhorn could have served a better grade of meat.Service was good.

Front of the house/host was inefficient. Took 20min after our reservation time to be seated. TVs in main dining area were a distraction. They had run out of prime rib by 6:30pm. No olives for a martini. Our waiter was excellent and very apologetic. Food (short ribs and rib steak) was hot and tasty. Higher price point than the ambiance would suggest. Not sure we would go back.

First time at Copperhorn. The space was very nice with ample table space for four. Michail our waiter was very personable and attentive even when juggling other tables. Quality and quantity of food was very good. Our friends had the filet mignon medium rare done to perfection. My husband had the potato gnocchi with oxtail that was delicious and piping hot. I had the bacon wrapped chicken breast that was tasty and not dry at all which is always a fear of mine when it comes to chicken breast. The wine was a reasonable price as were the other cocktails. The only disappointment was that we were told that the prime rib was sold out which was odd because it was 6pm on a Saturday night!!! Other than that it was an enjoyable dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Food was good-mushroom soup and ceasar salad were phenomenal. Didn't care for the tuna tartar (guac was weird pre-made kind and tuna had a teriyaki). Steak was cooked to perfection but lacked a lot of flavour. Prime rib was very good. My issue with my experience was that it's VERY bright and the music was that weird jazz you'd hear in an elevator or when you're on hold. Was not pleasant. But the worst part was that we were literally sitting 20 inches from the next table. It was impossible to not hear their conversation and it just felt awkward. Not something I'd expect from this kind of restaurant.
