We went to the Oshawa location on Feb 14 for lunch and happened to be the only people seated. We had to ask for: - cutlery 2x (meal and dessert) - napkins - water - removal of dirty dishes - and the big issue, my samosa burger came with a still frozen samosa that wasn’t noticed until half way through the burger (because the patty and such are bigger than the samosa) All I was offer was a new samosa, but the burger would have been cold and I was put off by then. - the fries, less than a handful given, were at least good. Basically, service was awful and there is no reason to be served frozen food.

Order takeout just one piece red velvet cake with ice cream did not get ice cream. Cake was very dry and too sweet

I got the ferror richer Blizzard and my Blizzard was super watery. When I asked the servers if the blizzard was supposed to be this runny. They explained to me that they use soft serve ice cream is like that. I swear McDonald McFlurries tastes better my Blizzard from here. My friend has the cookie monster with waffle and the waffle was super doughy. I would not recommend coming here. The workers just spoke to themselves the entire time and took us a while to serve too.
I swear the Ajax location has better service than here.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
I wanted to treat my friend to a fancy hot beverage. we ordered the hazelnut chocolate drink. in the menu it looks very pretty topped with whipped cream. what we got were a watered down hot chocolate in a paper cup and no whipped cream. it looks like something you would get from Tim Hortons. We dined in would not go to the Pickering D-spot

Worse food I have ever eaten. I wish I could give it negative points. The burger was so soggy and filled with soggy and stale vegetables. The patty was as hard as rock. They served the food so late. It was my birthday and they ruined my evening for me. No apology. Called the manager his name is Carlos. He just came and said he could do nothing about it. Most unfriendly person I have ever met. All I wanted was an apology. No discounts or extra food! This was just so bad.

I had a terrific experience when I went to D Spot Desserts in Pickering the other day. Hadn’t been in a while. Our dessert was perfect. I especially liked the blueberry heaven ice cream. It was delicious. I’ll order it again. Staff made sure I tried the ice cream before ordering. It’s great that the café is open late. As is this entire plaza! Great job to the staff at D Spot Pickering! Keep it up!

By far, this is the cleanest Dspot location I’ve ever been to! The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is impressive. The hospitality was also exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. Overall, a top-notch experience with both the environment and service deserving of a 10/10 rating.
