They were very delay on making the orders. Two people ordered after me and got their order before me. After asking them they realized what i ordered wasn’t available. They should definitely have more staff for a busy place like this.

This review isn’t about the service or food but the prices. Holy cow! They recently revamped their menu and also their prices. I know it’s 2025 and the cost of everything has risen but there has to be a limit. My buddy and I usually come in for a hotdog and a shake. Just a few months ago with tax it was $20, we just came in for the same thing and it shot up to $25.

A regular plain hot dog used to be $7.99 a few months ago and now it’s $10.99. A quick shake and hot dog for two people should not be over $50 for a casual place like this. Won’t be coming back unfortunately, DQ shakes are half the price.

There is a variety of desserts to try here. They always taste good, tried their tiramisu cheesecake, red velvet cheesecake, chocolate brownie with ice cream, Karak chai, cappuccino, Ferrero Rocher milkshake. Everything tasted delicious.
Recently I tried their pistachio perfection skillet cookie. It was made fresh, warm and smooth texture with the ice cream tasted amazing.
I would definitely try that again, and many other new items on the menu. :)

If you love exploring a variety of different deserts then this is D Spot for you!🙌 As a dessert lover myself, I decided to go to @dspotcafe at their North York location for the ultimate cheat meal and I loved it! We ordered their Funnel Cake, D Spot Original Waffles, sweet Funnel Fries, their Twisted Tornado and their Lotus Milkshake🤤

Everything was made fresh in house and the portions were amazing! Their desserts are also made with Halal friendly ingredients. The atmosphere was also very welcoming and staff were very friendly, so I would highly recommend going here💯

This place has so much potential but when we visit, it never seems staffed adequately nor does a it have a proper customer flow for the walk in and take out orders. Especially if you want to come in and grab ice cream you have to wait a long time or be sat down and wait for someone to take your order. They really need better management /ops flow. I find myself going to other places instead because of the experience and time for orders being fulfilled.
