Absolutely disappointed I ordered three banana splits today. One with all the toppings and two with all strawberry toppings, only barely any strawberry the banana was over ripe and tasted disgusting and it was just one big blob of ice cream for the price you’re paying for a banana split I expected better than this. Definitely a decline in this location

On more then one occasion, when we are eating our blizzards, more the half the portion has no topping. The staff here are great. No complaints. But recently (new years eve) this location was closed but the Ajax location was open. Tons of blizzard topping added and mixed so all the way to the bottom you had topping. Sad because I'm minutes away from this location but I'll be hitting the Ajax location as way better value.

If I could give less then a one star review. I was assaulted by a manager at this DQ location on Monday Jan 12, 2025 thru a drive through window and told I was “not a king” as I had to venture back to recieve my change that the attendant forgot to give me. A child manager with all her little minions laughing behind the scenes. Was belittled for mistakes they caused with my daughter in the back seat. Embarrassed at this location, was refused the managers name, no receipt given and caused a very traumatic scene for my daughter and myself. All over a mistake they caused

Stopped in to grab some post-event treats and was pleasantly surprised by the full Xmas transformation within. Having a super short wait before getting the upside-down served Blizzards didn't hurt either. Absolutely worth the stop.

It took 15 minutes to get my food - a double mushroom burger and a poutine as the side - so they gave me free dessert.

I just bought two full meals and two desserts here, and I'm in the parking lot writing this because I am so impressed! The cashier was super friendly and polite, the food came quickly, and the workers all seemed to be enjoying their job. This is my first time here but I will be absolutely coming back!

Yesterday evening (Wednesday October 9th, 2025) my family and I went in with a particularly big order as it was my cousins 13th birthday. The young lady Amanda who served us was incredibly friendly and super helpful ensuring that all items were ordered correctly and done so in a way that we were able to save money by combining shakes with a combo, Amanda took her time allowing us to double check the order before proceeding with payment- we did not feel rushed to order at all. We will definitely return and recommend this location.

Popped in for some fries and a drink for my headache. The staff were very nice and there was a very kind atmosphere. It was slow, and the staff were talking to a customer about some life difficulties she was going through, and the staff were very supportive to her. It was nice to see when the world seems so dark now a days.

I just have to say — the recent updates at our local Dairy Queen have made such a huge difference! Whatever training the team received is clearly working, because every single employee has been so friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. They’re on top of everything, the service is quick and organized, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Honestly, I was shocked (in the best way!) at how GOOD the customer service is now, especially in a time when so many fast food places have let theirs slip. It’s refreshing to walk in and feel welcomed and taken care of. Big kudos to the team and whoever’s behind these changes — it shows! 👏🍦

The ice cream was amazing and so was the atmosphere of this DQ! It was incredibly clean and my order was promptly made and handed to me by Lorelai, who was an exceptional worker and attentive to my needs and requests!

had to wait 15 mins for my food at the drive through. then when i got home and checked the bag it was completely the wrong order, i did get the fries i wanted although they were cold! disappointed. please do a better job
