Very bad service never know how to take care of guest manager is so mean very bad experience never come again

I totally understand that it gets super busy sometimes and mistakes get made, but this is the fourth time I have ordered a blizzard with a paid additive, for it to not be added in.

At this point, I've paid for a full extra blizzard lol

As a Pickering resident I’ve been coming to this DQ ever since I was a child. Now as a grown adult that still wants his chicken fingers and fries, there’s no where else I go.

Chicken fingers were cooked too long and dried out, and the fries aren’t as good as other fast food joints, but the nostalgia of coming here is what keeps me coming back

Went there for lunch while picking up a bath tub in the city, ordered, waited a long time at the window for them to hand me a blizzard that was half melted (wore some of it when it was passed to me) and then left with no napkins to clean myself off with. When I mentioned it to the girl at the window she was rude.
Won’t be back to this location.

Went in.to support Miracle Treat Day and ordered 2 Reese Extrremes. Got home, put them in freezer while we had dinner and found out there was no peanut butter cups in either Blizzard we paid for.

This was my first time back since pre Covid. Service was terrible, my wife placed our order and the server just stared at her for nearly 15 seconds and didn't say or do anything so I said it instead, and they learned how to hear.

We got 2 medium dipped cones and a small blizzard. The cones were the smallest cones I have received from any Dairy queen, even compared to the small cones I have gotten.

Very dissapointed in the service and food, hopefully its just an off day, but it is not a DQ I plan to return to.

What can I say?They grilled, and we chilled. I got a triple cheeseburger combo, and it was only 11 bucks and change. That's practically illegal in 2024. It tasted fine. It gets the job done as a fast food burger.

Atmosphere was great! The lady at the table next to us was catching up with an old friend about her recent colonoscopy, and my wife took that as a sign to ask if she can get her blizzard made with chocolate ice cream (she could, and she did. Great service).

I would recommend this to anyone, anytime, anywhere.

Why are the people there so upset?! Not a single happy person behind the counter. They get upset when you correct them on the order. We had to correct the cashier 3 times! They get upset when you ask for a cover for your Sunday, they toss the sundays on the counter, slid the Sundays over the counter to you as if they are bar tenders, they get upset when you ask for napkins, they dont say Thank you...what is happening!...this is a family friendly ice cream store right? Or is it a bar? Has DQ changed? They really need to train staff on how to deliver services. How to speak to customers, be patient. What's with the attitude?! I really pray for the staff. They were obviously overwhelmed and unskilled to serve fast food. I have a family of 8. 8 customers are lost for now. I am going to Baskin Robbins for the summer. I may come back to DQ...I may not.
