We've been going here for 9 years now. The employees have always been great. However, of late, DQ has taken shrinkflation to an extreme, verging on the stupidly bizarre. The way they have narrowed down the cups used for the blizzards is so blatant. Hard pass from now on for us.

My gosh the prices these days for an ice cream treat. Kids love it though

The blizzards are fantastic here, I had Strawberry Cheesecake and Oreo flavors, must try, the quality of the icecream is very good 😋.

I recently visited this location for my birthday, hoping to enjoy a nice ice cream treat. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the rude behavior of the lady at the counter. She was not only unhelpful but also made faces when we asked her questions. It's really frustrating to encounter such poor customer service, especially on a special day. Based on this experience, I personally won't be returning to this location.

My first time going there to the drive through and we couldn’t order at the box it wasn’t working and when we got to the window, they said that they will not take our order because the line is long and that we should wait again. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through. Worst service I have ever experienced so rude.

Nyla took our order and was super friendly! Keep up the great service :)

It's good, just a little pricey!

I visited today and unfortunately was given the wrong burger and fries but my grandson just went ahead and ate it. Figured it was just a mistake (also thought my grandson may have not ordered correctly on the app). We weren't upset because we visit this location a lot and the staff are amazing. About a half an hour later, I got a call from the manager who had realized we received the wrong order and not only refunded what I had paid but gave me a store credit as well. I have never seen this kind of service before. Thank you Cameron!!

Had a nice friendly guy at the counter. Very pleasant and he made our day 🤩

good food here. Love the burgers. Location has plenty of seating. Service was excellent and the place was well maintained

Nyla served us tonight. She was kind and helpful.
Whoever the manager is on duty tonight ( January 31) needs some serious training on how to speak to her staff. She was very aggressive with the young kids working behind the counter & you could tell they were all used to being spoken to this way.
You need to send her to a training course , or your going to loose all your staff and customers

I bought a cookie dough blizzard just now and when i got thé blizzard it was melted… i only live like 5 mins away from the place and when i got home it was just soup….. something is wrong with their blizzards. This is not right at all. Me and my brother been having this issue while now. I thought after a while from not ordering it would be fixed but nope. Plus they Charge so much just for melted soup…… also on the 5 min drive home thé car was cold no heat with AC on cold.

Just bought a blizzard and came around 6:20 Nov 9. Please praise all your staff they were all so friendly and welcoming. I will be back soon ?
