First time at this place which I found seaching for a café. Dessert Lounge has a pleasant atmosphere ,it is very clean and our server Prince was great!. We had a scruffle and mango berry cheesecake, which were delicious. They are open until midnight and they serve a variety of teas, coffees, desserts and food. I highly recommend it.
Dietary restrictions: We were able to customize our hot chocolates and have almond milk and lactose free milk.

We recently dined at this dessert place where our server, whose name we believe was “Moori” (apologies if we’re not spelling it correctly), did their best to address a very unfortunate situation. During our meal, we found a hair in our food, which, as you can imagine, was quite off-putting and unhygienic. While this kind of incident is unacceptable and frankly disgusting, the server handled the situation as professionally as possible. They promptly removed the item from our bill and even provided us with two complimentary cream rolls with strawberries as a gesture of goodwill. The server also mentioned that something like this had only happened once in the past two years. While I appreciate the honesty, it’s still not exactly reassuring to hear.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was decent – a laid-back, chill vibe – but honestly, given the experience, I wouldn’t return or recommend it to others. That said, I do want to acknowledge the server’s effort in addressing the issue, which was handled properly and with care. It’s just that the overall experience left much to be desired.
