Diamonds Billiards and Lounge

I bought tickets to the Halloween Throwdown on October 26th. My friend and I expected it to be a fun night of dancing with people dressed up for Halloween. We arrived early around 10 pm and enjoyed some dancing on an empty dance floor as we were the first to arrive. By 11:30 there were a couple of others dressed up and many more there without costumes. The dj started playing Indian music and after an hour of that we felt like we were at a Diwali celebration not a Halloween celebration. So we ended up paying for another Uber to go to District Lounge and paying a second cover charge, which was where we should have gone in the first place. We wished we had not purchased tickets to this place and won't be returning.

This place, absolute worst customer service, they only cater to their own kind. As a white man, you get rejected imideately. Do NOT GO HERE. RACIST STAFFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Went for the first time too see a show , never started until 12, no food available to eat, no bottle water available to buy floors sticky , bathrooms spell like urine ? only good thing about tonight was the performance and seeing friends we haven't seen in awhile!! Will never return

Place looks so run down. Floors sticky. Bathroom is horrible. Carpet is beyond gone. Pop was flat for the rum and coke. What happened to this place wow?

Best pool hall in the East end. More modern vibe than other pool halls around. Always have a good time here. They started doing open mic karaoke on Sunday nights until 11pm. Pool tables are on one side and the stage is on the other side with lounge space.

Inconsistencies with hours of operations. Even google was unsure of when they were open.Tighten up.

Went here for the first time, Saturday night at 9:00 pm all the womens toilets were dirty, clogged and overflowing. Could not go to the bathroom so left. Makes me belive they didn't clean from the night before because it wasn't that busy.

I went there once and I don’t think I will go back! The service is not the best and the bottle service person smell! Not the best if you want to go and enjoy your night!

Hours are incorrect - tried calling and no one picked up.

Wasn't open during posted hours and no phone either. Don't waste your time folks.
