We were there for Mother's Day lunch. We made a reservation, so we did not have to wait for a table. Our server, Sam was very friendly and effecient in taking our orders. She definitely provided outstanding customer service! Our foods and drinks were well-made and delicious! We will for sure return to this location again!
Today my mom and I came for a spontaneous lunch and we were served by the fabulous and kind Crystal! We quickly noticed she happened to be working all by herself during quite the lunch rush and she was absolutely crushing it!!!
I mean she did EVERYTHING: sat the customers down, took the orders & punched them all in, ran the food all alone, collected empty plates all alone, wiped tables down, refilled drinks etc. I could go on forever… it was literally...

I’m so glad that tonight was the night we decided to bring our mama to East Side to try for her first time. Our Waiters name is Andrew and he was absolutely amazing. He was so polite, always had a smile on his face and was actively listening and observing. I will only be requesting to be seated in his section from now on. Thank you Andrew!
