Everything was ok in general. What is making me give this experience a 3-star is that we were celebrating a birthday and mentioned it but didn't get anything special (I would have been happy to pay extra). We just felt we were rushed out.
Our server Lavin and manager Mark made my and my son's dine in experience exceptional.
Right from when walked in, we were greeted so warmly by Mark and the service we received from Lavin will be the reason we come back to this East Side Mario's location.
The food was fresh and priced very well.

Always see this restaurant never went in. The food was great. Service was excellent i went to the one in pickering town center..i love that they had a blk person .working in there. But everyone was very polite and friendly.
