We've been to this location several times over the years and never have been disappointed until now. The food quality has really dropped! The chicken in the Roasted Garlic Fettuccine Alfredo was definitely not fresh. The Chicken Parmesan, Cannelloni and Lasagna from my trio dish was over-cooked and very dry. The Italian Wedding soup was way too salty. The Creamy Potato Bacon soup tasted like it came from a burned pot and the Cheese cake looked like a joke. The Caesar salad...
Andrew was our server yesterday and he was fabulous. He’d clearly served many families with young kids before and his timing, suggestions, and execution were perfect. The rest of the staff were really friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was hot and fresh-tasting. We’d only ever been to the Scarborough location before which has always been a little lacking, but this Pickering location is clearly managed really well and we were all very satisfied with our decision...
The staff here are great and the food is always delicious. Shout out to Danielle for always going above and beyond. We've had her quite a few times and she's fantastic. Thank you!
