Extremely disappointed in the service and quality of food; dried up overcooked chicken. This is not the first time I received food like this. I’ve mentioned it before but it seems like they try to get away with this especially with mobile orders for pick up; only find out after the food is picked up. I will never be ordering from here again. The owner is also not very friendly; he doesn’t want to receive any feedback or acknowledge the problem.

I was wandering around the food court at the mall in Pickering, looking for something to eat. Edo Japan caught my attention so I tried their Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box and it was really good, better than I expected! It was freshly cooked to order and had really nice flavours with generous portions. The bento box meal also included California rolls, gyoza, and a drink. Great deal, good food! I'll be back!
