I was wandering around the food court at the mall in Pickering, looking for something to eat. Edo Japan caught my attention so I tried their Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box and it was really good, better than I expected! It was freshly cooked to order and had really nice flavours with generous portions. The bento box meal also included California rolls, gyoza, and a drink. Great deal, good food! I'll be back!

One of the only few places I get food at Pickering Town Centre. But dependent on the mood of the staff, I guess, they forgot to give me cutleries for a take out. Overall food is great; service could be better.

Terrible terrible customer service! Tonight I went with my younger sister to grab some food where I politely asked for the meal she always gets. They made a mistake and I kindly asked them to change it. The two men started to talk aggressively with me saying that it was my fault and that I was wasting their time to change the meal. They started mocking me and yelling at me because I said I did not like how they were speaking to me. Made me very very uncomfortable and I’m very embarrassed my younger sister had to watch two men yell at the both of us when we have always enjoyed going here. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

Customer service was terrible. The older gentleman and man working this evening 01/29/24 were very disrespectful, yelled at and scared customers including me because we wanted to take items off are meals.
