The food was fresh and delicious. The portions were big. I ordered a Greek salad with a chicken souvlaki stick, and to my delighted surprise, I received way more than I expected. The gentleman there was very welcoming and friendly towards me. It seems like he puts a lot of love and care into the food he makes and the experience he wants his customers to have.

Ordered on Uber eats as they were having a buy 1 get 1 free on the chicken gyro. By far the worst gyro I have EVER had, additionally I did not receive part of my order.

Placed an order 20 mins prior to arriving. We showed up and the order was never received. We decided to wait for the order anyway. Right after he let us know they only had 2 chicken skewers left on a Saturday night.We settled for 1 pork. The order came…not generic parboiled Greek rice but instead basmati rice, Greek salad had spring mix, olives from a can. The guy working there was super nice and it wasn’t his fault. Overall we ate it but I wouldn’t be coming here. Stick to Greek freak for a few extra ????

Looking for Greek food, stop, we placed a $178 order, missing 1 meal, 1 chicken dinner chicken raw, dolmades was too hard to eat, wrong side, 2 meals wrong sides, came with fries not the two sides requested. Grilled calamari came fried. Pork dinner, pork was fatty & spicy. Lamb dinners, very chewy. 1st & last time, it was recommended to try, we recommend stay clear.

I got the beef gyro for lunch. This thing is humongous. The gyro meat tasted delicious and authentic. I am now stuffed beyond belief. Glad that I found a good family owned Greek place in Pickering.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Amazing food and customer service here. I went for the first time yesterday and ordered the chicken souvlaki dinner with the lemon potatoes and veggies in tomato sauce as sides. The dinner also comes with a good size greek salad. Everything was great especially the veggies, they were so soft and flavourful. The very sweet woman serving me gifted 2 of some sort of dessert my girlfriend loved as well as a stuffed red pepper which was honestly my favourite item out of them all. Unbelievably tasty for only rice and beef inside (definitely seasoned properly). I also ordered some pita bread that they put on the charcoal grill to crisp up. Got a good amount of hummus along with the pita bread for a very good price. My mom was raving about the hummus and I agree its fire. Will be back soon show this business some love so good!

We absolutely love the food at El Greco. Real, authentic, tasty Greek food has finally arrived in Pickering and highly recommended! We've ordered dinner twice in one week and stopped in for take out as well. The food and service is great and prices are very reasonable. We are definitely making this our go-to spot when we don't want to cook.

Discovered this gem on Uber Eats a few days ago! Excited to finally have found a delicious Greek place in Pickering. Will be back for sure. Veggie dinner, chicken sandwich and Greek poutine were delicious, good portion sizes, hot and fresh.

Ordered for pick up 2 dinners: fried kalamariand grilled kalamari. Each dinner comes with 2 sides and a salad . They also make in house desserts. Yummy . The girl in the from was very nice and had great food suggestions and knowledge. Will come back and try some more
