Today I picked up a BBQ Platter for 4 from this location. When I got home and started eating, we noticed that they gave an incorrect amount of Bihari Kabab. It was much too little for the BBQ platter for 4. I have gotten this platter before from both this location and their Whitby location, and it has NEVER been so little. This is HALF of what they usually give. I went back there to show them and let them know – I wasn’t asking for anything. Instead, 4 workers came to the counter and started yelling at me, refusing to listen, and saying they couldn’t do anything. Keep in mind, I was NOT asking for a refund or anything. I only went there to let them know. As a PAYING CUSTOMER, I have EVERY right to go and let them know. After being insulted for 20 minutes straight, I simply left. The Bihari kabab was for my daughters, and I went to a nearby restaurant to pick more up for them. This treatment was unnecessarily rude and embarrassing. All they had to do was say sorry – remember, I didn’t ask for a refund or anything. Absolutely abysmal behaviour. Am I not also a human?

Foodtime is amazing. The food is super authentic and I've never been disappointed. Everything is amazing there but the show stopper for me is the biryani. Always amazing and and consistently excellent. If your looking to try a new Pakistani/Indian restaurant I promise you will not be disappointed. I just went by to pick up food and they were closed for Eid but they gave me a free biryani for my trouble. Staff are super nice and have given me free items to try in the past. Great place and highly recommended.

We ordered from the restaurant as it appeared online on Uber Eats, but after several riders cancelled the order, one delivery driver informed us that the restaurant was closed. This was disappointing, especially since the restaurant should have either logged out of the Uber app or delivered as per their commitment after accepting the order.

Delicious and fresh food full of flavour. The dine in packages for families are quite affordable with big portions. We ordered for 4 but end up bringing home a lot of leftovers. The service was very friendly and fast. It’s definitely a good place for Pakistani and Indian cuisine.
