TINY portions, dry, cold, I thought I was eating left over. I got a 5 piece combo and I thought I was eating a kids meal, I had what looked like the left over fries, and a single chicken breast cut into 5 strips. I will NEVER eat from there again. Save your money, $60.60 for 2 5 piece please go somewhere

So let's get this straight. I ordered this through Uber eats. It was quick and warm upon arrival. Problem is I didn't get what I paid for. How do I order a 6 piece strip combo and only receive 3 pieces. I am so disappointed with this and I can't even get my money back cause Uber isn't working with me and Frankie's will obviously not take responsibility for this. Let me tell you, the food quality is amazing, the chicken was blessed and seasoned to absolutely perfection. The curly fries and the bomb and their sauces, don't skip out on the sause. I would order here again but probably not through Uber or any app. If I can't go in, naw.

Second time ordering from Frankie’s and it’s been so good! Not sure why the restaurant has such negative reviews.Would purchase again for sure!

I picked this up today after trying frankies hot in whitby. The chicken was so full of batter I had to cut some off to get to the chicken and it had a weird honey garlic tasting sauce all over it. I didn't eat mine. My hubby said we will never get it again. Disappointing because I was speaking so highly of the chicken I tried in whitby.Sauce, fries, rings were all Good and great and smooth pick up.

The quality of the chicken strips and curly fries is always good, but the quantity is definitely not it for the price. The strips are the size of nuggets and theres always an underwhelming amount of fries. Reading these comments from >1 year ago with the same feedback, so doesn’t look like this is something that will change anytime soon.

The first two times I had Frankie's Hot Chicken I enjoyed it and highly recommended it however may last two orders have shown that things are going downhill. One of the biggest issues is the lack of Nashville style sauce on the chicken. The first couple times the chicken was completely covered in sauce but the last order there was just a bit of sauce applied to the chicken before the bun was put on leaving 80% of the chicken without sauce and nothing more than a chicken tender sandwich. When the manger at Lone Star responded to my critique she said the sauce was applied per specifications and tried to blame lack of quality on 3rd party delivery services. The chicken that arrives in your order will definitely not match the pictures from Frankie's social media pages or website. Come on Lone Star you can do better!

Asked for the sandwich with no sauce it came soaked in sauce onion rings all burnt and broken apart. This location is not consistent at all the employees don't care at all

I would give them 0 stars for what they pulled! Ordered buy one get one chicken fingers order, they cut their chicken fingers in half and split them between both orders! Unforgivable!

First, the location is weird as they are located inside the Lone Star restaurant. Nevertheless, we ordered the Jalapeno Popper Sandwich and three chicken strips with curly fries. I enjoyed the sandwich because it had a lot of flavor. I wouldn't order the chicken strips again on account of them being really small and lacking flavor. The curly fries were alright. The coleslaw tastes like onions and pickles. I'd recommend their honey dill sauce on the side. We spent $35 for the two meals so it was really expensive, especially considering how small the chicken strips are - they are bigger and crunchier at Popeyes. And the fries at Popeyes are better too.

I’ve gotten the hottest Chicken Sandwich twice now with the Mac & Cheese Balls, and it was amazing, ESPECIALLY THE CHICKEN, probably the most juicy and tender chicken burger I’ve had the pleasure of having, the Mac & Cheese Balls were decent too, but SAUCE was FANTASTIC. I’d definitely eat here again! (Although, it was a bit pricier than I would’ve liked, but) you get what you paid for, and I’m a happy camper right now!

The curly fries were good and the seasoning on them was tasty. The chicken strips were small and quite hard. It seemed like they were mostly breading. There were a lot of chunks that were just hard breading. They were okay though.

Terrible service and dried out small chicken tenders. The tenders are spicy but are not worth the price and added aggregation of dealing with the people that work at the Pickering location.

Ordered from the Pickering location through Uber Eats, and you would think with the amount you pay they would at least fill up the container with the curly fries… the food tasted great, however it’s pretty disappointed the feel chinced when you pay that much for a chicken sandwich and fries

Their chicken sandwiches are phenomenal. Try them with the 'Hot AF' sauce.
