Fuwa-Fuwa Dessert Cafe & All Day Breakfast

I JUST picked up my order and have been eating it with my boyfriend for about 10min….we are BLOWN away at how delicious this food is. We haven’t even had the pancake yet lol but we have high hopes. Looking forward to coming back and dining in!

Do yourself a favour and go. Sit down and be prepared to taste the fluffiest pancake ever. We also had the eggs beni on a croffle. The place is super cute too.

Tried FuwaFuwa soufflé pancakes this morning — my husband brought one home for takeout, and even after the trip it was still very fresh, soft, and fluffy. The texture was light and airy, and the whipping cream wasn’t overly sweet — it had that mild, balanced sweetness that many Asian-style desserts have. It felt light, comforting, and not heavy at all. Such a lovely little treat to start the day!

I only review places when they are worth the time. We were looking for a bday bfast place in the east end and we planned on going to the white apron in Oshawa as they are a great choice. My wife found this place, knowing my love for Japanese pancakes and the Japanese culture ... This place hit the nail on the head.

I must say the pancakes, were on the same level as uncle tiestsus which is a very good cheesecake.

The pancakes and chicken were perfect. Costs for under 20.00 a plate is aligned with the quality, service and atmosphere imo.

The pancakes were fluffy, good size not too much that you waste food which is key. The sweetness was on a perfect level 7/10 paired with some heat (jalepenos) made this a perfect combination. Even my matcha latte came in authentic imported from Japan and was a dark colour not electric. Green like star bucks.

It was earth clean and tastes how matcha should.

Being my birthday the server or owner not sure who it was but they cared enough to be the owner, brought me a pancake plate with a bday candle and played a bday song for the atmosphere... Thank you for that.

They made me feel like I was home which is important for small shops to succeed. This place is going to be very busy real soon and it will be hard to get a table. Please don't forget me as I will remember you.

The ambiance was perfect as the music was different a perfect melody of instrumentals of classical with a twist of modern playing in the background.

You are doing things right and success is headed your way!

Ps. The board games was a great touch as well.

Everything was phenomenal. The service, the kindness, the food quality were amazing.

The pancakes were not overly sweet, and the chicken was cooked to perfection for both our dishes.
My husband mentioned it was his birthday and they brought out birthday pancakes for him.

Ordered signature pancakes and the omelette breakfast. Food was excellent, pancakes were light and fluffy. Portion sizes are on smaller end so you may want to top it up with a few add-ons.

NEW DINNER MENU! 2026
We came in the evening and tried some items on their new dinner menu. We ordered their spicy miso udon carbonara and their pork spring rolls that came with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Very tasty and worth a try! Good portions. Will upload a photo next time, we devoured it shortly after arriving at the table. 😆

It was a very lovely experience. The pancakes are so light and fluffy and they don’t have an eggy taste. I got the tiramisu, which is wonderful very good chocolate and coffee flavor. Highly recommend when you want something sweet.

I would give strawberry pancake 4/5 but the savoury brunch 2.5/5.
