It took more than 30 minutes to get a drink and more than an hour to get our our food. And it wasn't busy. Don't recommend it unless you have a couple of hours to sit and wait

Amazing food (pancake smoked salmon Benedict was excellent!!!) full of flavor and very unique. Drinks were also delicious. I highly recommend the hojicha latte. The vibe of the place is also very cute, with many plushies and comfortable seating with sockets (nice place to work in), clean and sunny. Service was excellent! Very warm, friendly and helpful. Food came out at a reasonable time. We also barely felt the wait for the food because they offer various games to play so my family and I played a round of Jenga with our kid and enjoyed ourselves before our food came out. Can’t say enough praises for this place. Will make sure to come back whenever we are in the area!

Awesome breakfast . The pancakes are a totally unique experience

Space is nice and clean, food is good and staff are friendly. But the service needs improvement - the app to order from your table wasn't working so we had to order at the counter. We were the first to arrive and a group of 4 and our food didn't come out altogether. Some of us had finished eating before others got their meals. And all of our drinks were forgotten about. I also saw another table remind staff that they hadn't gotten their orders yet, as another table that came much later got their orders first.

The cheesecake is delicious ?

I've been dying to try the famous Japanese pancakes, and this charming little cafe did not disappoint! The pancakes were so delicious they exceeded my expectations, which never happens.

Surprisingly excellent coffee too!

This is NOT FAST-FOOD. Be prepared to wait 20-30 mins, or order-ahead on the app, because these fresh souffle pancakes take time to make.

So, delicious! But because it's so expensive and not satiating I probably wouldn't go very often. Like 1-2x/year (not a huge fan of sweets for breakfast). They have other options for breakfast BUT that's not Fuwa Fuwa! More like a dessert but very very tasty!

My sister and I came here for a sweet treat after dinner last week. We got the strawberry pancakes and it was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Also got an oreo croffle to go which was quite indulgent, definitely a guilty pleasure.

The presentation was perfect and the restaurant atmosphere is flawless. Service is also 5/5 - the workers were so sweet and helped us pick menu items and graciously made my last-minute takeout order shortly before closing! Highly recommend ❤️

Had the worst experience, we were excited to try this place out. We waited for 1 hour and they forgot our order and started serving everyone else. When we pointed out our order they only brought us one dish and we thought they are making the second one. 10 minutes later reminded again and they missed the second order. Overall, very bad experience and will not be going back again. Highly disappointed.

To respond to the owners comments below, we don't have any kids that we know off ? the only thing we got was a sorry from the staff, I was expecting some sort of compensation which was never offered. We read the comments in the store saying the food will take 25-30 minutes to prepare which is fine. Our concern is that how do you serve people who came after us and even after pointing out the order was missed, we only get served 1 dish. Should I be expecting this from a dine-in restaurant, honestly this is the first time we have experienced this from a dine in restaurant. Maybe our expectations aren't aligned on customer service of dine-in.

You just can’t get enough of this place. The food, the ambiance, the service are above excellent. Worth visiting and spending time with friends and family. Highly recommended!!
