Galitos Flame Grilled Chicken

We drove 40 minutes to visit this restaurant, but when we arrived at 9:00 PM, it was already closed, even though Google listed the hours as open until 10:00 PM. It was really disappointing after making such a long trip. The hours definitely need to be updated online to avoid inconvenience for customers.

Went there today for a family dinner and to our disappointment the location was closers. Hours should be updated on their Google Business page atleast

We went to the restaurant today, Sunday at 9 pm and it was closed. Super disappointing as the timings were misleading.
Someone needs to update the timings on google.

These people clearly don’t know how to run a business. They really should high proper management rather than trying to do it on their on because these people have to customer handling skills. Walk in before the phone rang, I guess the owners son who to serve first. MacDonald has better service then them.

The chicken wasn't cook properly. The drum stick and the wings was bloody. I remembered vividly watching them i think the owner and a guy grilling the chicken. He didn't look like he knows what he was doing. He looks like the bus boy. If im not mistakenly I heard the owner telling some customer that they won't be able to keep up the order cause someone is sick. I'm assuming.h she's talking about the regular cook. As I spoke to the manager about the issue I was told they are only human and things like this happen and it can happen also to any other restaurant. Rather than apologizing hes arguing with me and I repeatedly said I don't need any compensation im just letting you know about my experience but he kept making excuses. 👎

Your better off going to Nandos. The portions for 1/2 a chicken is far less than what you get at Nandos and the service is subpar. This included grabbing my food from the counter for Dine-in and explicitly asking for water afterwards. For how much it cost you get a far better experience at a similar restaurant like Nandos: better food,better service, similar price.

We came in at 10:00pm to dine in or takeout but the worker said the grills have already been cleaned and they can’t make food any more. Although they close at 11:00pm.

I new something was off when walking into the place and noone was dining in. Really bad customer service. If you get the wrong order and go back, it's a hassle. Horrible customer service. Unbelievable actually when I came to spend a couple hundred dollars. I wouldn't come back due to how I was treated as a customer. It's unfortunate that the owner sees no value in repeat customers after spending 100's of dollars for a couple hours in his establishment. In a time like this, you would expect customer service be a priority, however, don't expect it here.

Imagine selling food and not knowing the ingredients!!!!!!!!. On August 7, 2025 at 8:22pm I called this location to ask if their hot chicken has gluten, the lady said she doesn't know because head office sends food without an ingredient list. !!!!! Unacceptable.

Great Peri Peri! Grilled and finished perfectly. No scrawny birds here I couldn't finish the half chicken
