Ordered the classic burger and specifically ordered it with lettuce instead of bread, ONLY MAYO N KETCHUP. The waitress added spicy mayo or in house sauce then when I couldn’t eat due to the spice I asked her to remake and she just added more plain mayo leaving the spicy on there!! Then she argued that it’s not spicy and made me pay for another burger ??OVERALL HORRIBLE SERVICE ?? TRASH FOOD AND A DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE ????

I love this place and the food. I'm always craving their lotus biscoff cheesecake milkshake, it's to die for. However, this place is really understaffed for how busy it gets, and it sucks watching customers complain about how long they've waited for their food when the staff are so swamped they can't do anything about it. I empathize with the staff from past experience working in food for years. If it's at all possible, get more people in there working! The food is great and the experience shouldn't be spoiled from long wait times.

So, I had my family come to the restaurant for the special of the day and the food was terrible. The presentation not appealing at all. The order was wrong. And the two girls did not know how to manage the situation. My day got ruined. ???

I got the daily special on Friday told them not to put the salad and when I went to tell them you got my order wrong they told me that’s what i ordered Usually the owner is there so he is really nice and friendly but today this stuff was not friendly kept ignoring and telling me I’m wrong

Can You please Make sure you have enough staff on the shift? Your wait time is Crazy and running The shift with one girl is Managing tablet orders, in store orders , Dine in orders, Taking phone calls, Run everywhere and many more is seriously Not acceptable .. worst management. employee works on the shift is literally under pressure and which is valid as she definitly needs more hands. I hope you consider this feedback.

Everything is excellent! We had french fries, which were so fresh and delicious. We had the pistachio gelato and Dark chocolate salted caramel gelato!! Absolutely delicious!!

Don’t know how to speak to customers. After ordering I was standing up by the counter with my baby showing him the ice cream so he can choose one and was going to place another order and the lady asked me to go sit down and wait for my stuff with an attitude. Won’t be returning.

Great service & great food. I love the vibes in here the employees are way too nice. They make sure you’re comfortable & satisfied with your meal, they’re very generous as well. My last visit the manager brought out complementary milkshakes to my friends and I. Very sweet and considerate business owners. Also the best tenders in the city. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

The food is amazing ! I dined in with my daughter. the hot honey chicken tenders were hot, SUPER CRISPY, tender and full of flavour. the fries had the perfect amount of spice. the Blue Gelato so tasty as well. 10/10 highly recommend

Skillet cookie was very hard and the plastic utensils made it impossible to eat it with. Had to use my hands to eat a cookie with ice cream on it lol.
Biscoff gelato was good but pistachio gelato was not good - too strong.
