Honestly the quality has went down recently. The portions have gotten way smaller I’ve noticed that a regular burrito is now about the same size as a small used to be and the new employees are really small on the portions it’s not consistent. But the biggest thing is the customer service has been really unwelcoming recently. The owner is on and off and sometimes has days where he makes you feel as if you’re a burden to order there. There used to be better standards.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Guac Mexi Grill. I placed an order for an enchilada and scheduled a pickup time for 7:15 PM. However, when I arrived right on time, my order hadn’t even been started. I ended up waiting much longer than expected, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. The food itself was fine, but the lack of preparation and poor time management made the whole experience frustrating. I hope they improve their organization so customers don’t have to deal with this inconvenience in the future.

Excellent place to grab a snack or a full meal. Prices are fair and service is fast. There salsas taste excellent. I tried all 3. Even the spicy wasn’t too spicy. Guac is also very tasty. Their chips are warm and fresh. The snack menu is great. Enjoyed everything we had!

Had a regular steak burrito at Guac Mexi Grill (Pickering) and it was absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients, perfect flavor balance, and cooked to perfection. Special shoutout to Swayam for the amazing service – friendly, quick, and made the experience even better!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, the place smelled like sewage backup, and it was a mess. We were quite surprised that we, and the person after us, had to clean our tables to be able to sit, considering the place was empty. You also had to be careful because the floor had food and sauce in various locations.

I’ve been to this Guac Mexi Grill location multiple times and the food has always been decent. But the service lately has dropped to zero, especially at Brock Road, Seaton Store. Thanks to one staff member named Swayam.
Today, he randomly introduced a new “rule” at the counter: only one sauce allowed with salsa on nachos. Seriously? Imagine nachos with just one sauce. That’s never been a thing before and the staff never enforced this until now.
Also, this isn’t the first issue. On a previous visit, he gave tiny portions even when I asked clearly for extra. No effort to listen or provide good service.
The two girls who used to work here before were miles better, friendly, fair, and way more professional.
I still like the food but I won’t be coming back if this is the kind of attitude and service I can expect now
