My go to for chinese food in the area . Prices are cheap and quantity is good. I have tried a variety of dishes over the past little while and have never been dissapointed. Try the mongolian beef and their fish dishes.

We used to order food from here all the time. The last few times, the food has been garbage. Chicken is stale. Couldn’t even eat the chilli chicken. It seems like they are reheating over and over. Chicken pakora tastes like fish as they probably don’t change the oil. It’s gone down really bad. And not to mention the prices have gone up significantly. Better hakkah place is hakkah pavilion.

I ordered a chicken and beef chow mein to feed my family of three. The food tasted amazing, and the proportion was good for the price we paid. I ordered over the phone for pick up, the staff were friendly and on time with my order. Looking forward to going again.

Before I get to the food, I must explain my experience. Came in for lunch, sat down and the AC was a bit heavy. My son and wife had a cold and resorted to take out and plan was to eat in car. But as we ordered soup and it was hot son and wife was going to soldier through and eat inside. We went back in and asked to eat inside and we were told that since the food was in take out containers we cannot be allowed to dine in. Time elapsed from time I picked up takeout at the desk until I came back asking to sit and eat = 2 minutes.
Food alone doesn’t make an establishment successful l. Service delivery and the willingness to adapt to satisfy customer needs on a dime is what sets one business apart from another especially in a competitive market. This equals i will not be returning.

Where do I even start! Went out tonight for dinner with my closest friends and right off the bat we were greeted with such a cozy and warm atmosphere. Then the lovely manager, Susan came over and introduced herself as well as the restaurant and helped us out on what to pick from the menu. Our server was amazing as well! The customer service and professionalism is an absolute A++++!!! The food was definitely something I haven’t had before and that’s because it’s all from their home made sauces! Super fresh and delicious. Absolute wonderful night with such amazing food. Will 1000% come back again.
More than enough seating and they were able to accommodate our group of 8!
Thank you so much Susan and to our server whose name I never got. But I’ll definitely get your name on the next visit ?

We were visiting from Ottawa, the staff greeted us so nicely, made us feel so comfortable. They offer 10% discount for cash, so we did takeout. We ordered three dry spicy dishes, chicken, beef, and eggplant. All are excellent, so very, tasty. The star is the dry eggplant dish! If we are in the area again, we will visit this great Asian food paradise!

I had a very frustrating experience with Hakka Fusion recently. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but when I contacted the restaurant to get it fixed, the employee I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution, they seemed annoyed that I even called and made no effort to correct their mistake.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see a lack of care for customers, especially when the error was entirely on their end. I won’t be ordering from here again and would recommend others be cautious as well.
We got chicken hakka noodles, manchurian chicken and butter chicken. The first two items and portions were ok but the butter chicken is not butter chicken lol.

I’m not sure why this place is rated so high. The server was giving me weird looks because it was too hot in there and asked if we could turn a fan on. I also understood if not but they ignored it. That’s ok if they had a heating issue but the food was also pretty bad, no flavour and did not seem fresh at all. My boyfriend also noticed it wasn’t fresh and his stomach hurt after. I did like that they gave us cups with ice for our drinks and the atmosphere was nice. I don’t think I’ll return.
