bartender rose was so unprofessional. refusing to serve people associated to people she doesn’t like. professionalism and quality service (or service in general) doesnt exist with that one. if you can’t put personal issues aside and do your job, you should find a new job.

One of my friends are basically a usual at this point, comes all the time. And there’s a girl named rose who refused service, my friend has been coming here way longer then rose have been working here, it’s embarrassing how someone can’t push problems aside that was from years ago. If you can’t deal with seeing people you don’t like, don’t work in a common area where people go. You are working in a professional place and you are being unprofessional, embarrassing.

The service from "step" is amazing best I have had in a long time suggested sour cream to cut heat the meals are perfectly timed the quality of meals themselves 10 stars great place first time here

I come every week and get hot grilled wings with suicide sauce on the side. They are absolutely fantastic! The service is great too!

I ordered the perogies and greek salad for take out. Beyond disappointed. The place is a dive, upon walking in your hit with the overwhelming scent of urine, so lovely. Visually looks unkept and filthy. As for the food I wouldn't risk it for fear of food poisoning. The pergoies were greasy and barely edible and the sour cream was well past any expiry date, clearly gone bad. The greek salad was plain and the dressing was also a disappointment, not to mention the hair I found in the salad, gross. I won't go back and I don't recommend anyone wasting their time money or life on this establishment.

Went to washroom and some guys in the same stall asked me for a bill I said I only had a credit card and then they got mad at me.
