Came back again and had Jennie serving us again. She remembered is. She is pleasant and friendly not just to us but to the other customers. Need more people at the front like that with good customer skills

I have been coming to this location for years but lately the service has gone to the dogs. The last 4 times we have been here we are made to wait an abnormal amount of time and still given cold hamburgers. We also come in the evening when there are never more than a single customer ahead of us, so it’s not like they are in a rush. Not to mention the amount of times they have gotten our order incorrect even after asked repeatedly asked if it was correct. Lastnight my burger patty was so cold that it clearly wasn’t de-thawed or cooked correctly, and after I ate it I must have gotten food poisoning from it because I was in the bathroom dying for half the evening. The staff might need to be retrained on how to cook a burger before they get someone seriously sick.

The folks at this location are great and the food is consistently very good. It's our favourite burger spot in Pickering. Jennie is a wonderful person and takes good care of us. She always greets us with a smile and friendly conversation. She takes great pride in what she does and makes the experience special.

My new favourite Harvey’s. Veggie burger is good as always but the location is clean and the staff is wonderful. Special thanks to supervisor Destiny for her patience and professionalism. And Jessie for her friendliness and upbeat attitude. Both of you were super friendly and inviting. This is rare in fast food these days.

They have amazing VEGGIE BURGERS. Surprisingly low calories. With the option of a healthier bun, and a bunch of fresh vegetable toppings. And idk if it is true, but I asked and they said they cook it in a separate area from where they cook the meat. Apparently the poutines is also vegetarian but I haven't tried that.
