Jack Astor's Bar & Grill Pickering

I had an awesome experience at Jack Astor’s thanks to Meg. She was super friendly, really on top of everything, and made the whole meal a lot more fun. She checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and just had a great vibe overall. You can tell she actually cares about her customers.
Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had here — shoutout to Meg for making the night way better!

Came in at 9pm on a Friday, quite busy. Got seated, unfortunately was finally helped for drinks about 15 minutes after we got seated. Understandable during the rush, waiter Kaine noticed nobody was assigned after we watched another table who sat after us get their drinks and took over apologizing for the wait.

Food was great, recommend the limited time lobster poutine. But we were gifted a free desert for our wait which sure made up for the lost time.

Went there tonight for dinner. Got sat in the back corner which was ok but by a door so not very warm. A large table just over from us. No guests seated. Fifteen minutes later, the large table had guest, and a waiter approached them and took their order. We had not had anyone come to our table of 2. Waited and few more minutes , still no one came. We walked out

My friend and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, Tia! She was super nice, incredibly attentive, and so genuinely sweet the whole night.
