This was a very nice experience! Love the food and it was such a nice time to hang out with my friends. Rachel was just a great server! She was kind and friendly and was quite fast in terms of getting our food and drinks!

Just finally getting around to leaving my weekly reviews and wow looks like there’s been other great reviews about my last server Mackenzie. Which makes total sense! Our conversation was great and I have never felt so welcomed. Will be returning to Jacks forsure thanks again

Love coming to jack astors , and honestly if the service isn’t good then I normally switch to the next location. I’ve been stuck on Pickering! Last time I was there my server was Mackenzie and I don’t see myself switching up anytime soon! She was such a joy to speak to and I will definitely be coming back ! Good job hiring that one lol

Mackenzie was my favourite server! I normally don’t leave reviews but I couldn’t not. She was fast, efficient , funny and the food and drink recommendations came out great! Ask to sit in Mackenzie’s section when you visit!

Went hoping for a quick meal, had my 2 year old with us. First her meal came out wrong, secondly we waited over an 1 hour and 15 min for 2 chicken finger meals and salad. The couple that arrived 30 min after we ordered, recieved their meal and were almost done before our meals came out! We ended up having to just box up our meals to go. The dessert for my little one never came out either and it was just apple slices.

No discount was offered at all.
