I needed to order a meal fast ‘cause I needed to catch a ride home. And wow, didn’t even take them 2 minutes to prepare it in front of me. Props for the speed ? Excellent service ✨

I used to really love the food from the Pickering Town centre location, but unfortunately this has changed as of late. Awhile back, the location stopped putting cucumbers in the salad. I can’t eat the feta, and don’t like ripe olives, so my salad now is just basically lettuce and tomatoes. I realize that asking for two main ingredients to be removed is on me, not the company, but removal of the cucumbers is on them. What made it worthwhile for me was the dressing, but the past three times it was SO WATERY. Now I believe that it is not a one off experience, and that they are STRETCHING the dressing by watering it down on purpose. If the food is tasty, people will be willing to pay more if you have to raise prices to cover inflation. They won’t pay more AND have less quality and taste in the food….well…at least I won’t.

I went there yesterday evening around 745pm. I had the worst service ever. The first lady that helped was nice but im not sure if she was new. Another lady came and took over because I asked for cucumber on my pita. She said they dont give cucumbers only what's on the picture on the signage. I told her I never heard of that. She refused to give me any and repeated only whats in the picture on the signage. I then asked for cheese, and she said it was 1.60 extra. I usually get food from other jimmy the Greek location and never had any issues or additional charges for the cheese. When she added the chicken fillet to the pita, she didn't cut it and uses tonges to break it apart. I felt so disregarded and disrespected. If you can treat people fairly, then you should work in customer service. That person should be retrained or fired.

I have been coming here at least once a month for last 10 yrs or so. Today is my last time. My wife got my food at 12:00 pm on Sunday, July 7. Got the dressing and tzatziki on the side in containers. Ate food at 12:15. Chicken tasted dry and overcooked which is unusual. 1 pm went to costco. 2:30 pm finally left and as soon as I hit the 401 it hit me so hard I almost got in an accident. I have never had food poisoning this bad. Projectile out of both ends. Took me 3 hrs to clean up and now I want to burn my Lexus to the ground. I love greek food but I will never buy take out anything ever again. This experience has literally gutted me. Every time I smell souvlaki it is going to remind me of this experience. I think it must have been the salad or dressing or tzatziki because the chicken was overcooked unless it was already bad. Thank God I was wearing jeans. Most disgusting ,uncontrollable, and embarrassing situation ever. You guys are always so consistent and your staff has been amazing over the years. I just cant look at your food anymore after today’s experience. Hopefully I can forget about this experience but sadly I think it will be engraved in my memory forever. Goodbye takeout greek food. I will miss you:(

Ordered chicken dinner and small rice for my son and lucky I looked at the receipt how much they charged me, I was charge almost for 2 combos. I came back in the store and gave me the difference and she said I didn’t charge you tax lol ?.
First of all the amount for the small rice (3small scoops) $6+ is not even worth it. I just don’t wanna be rude not to buy it. And one of then lady (with bad attitude) seems like always ready to attack.
Never ever again!

It's been a while since I've had Greek food. I had a craving so I wandered over to Jimmy the Greek, located in the food court at Pickering Town Centre.I had their Gyro dinner, one of my favourites. It's served with Greek Salad, Rice, and Potatoes. They certainly loaded up the container with lots of deliciousness! It was all good!

My new Greek spot in Ajax/pickering. The food is fresh and really tasty. Very surprising as it is in a mall but it taste better than actual restaurant. Would recommend 100%

Amazing! I did catering through these guys for a birthday party. They assured me everything will taste fantastic and it was! My guest were extremely impressed. Reem did an amazing job making it special for me and my guest. Thank you!

Worst location I’ve been to yet. They serve leftovers and the food is completely tasteless and dry as the dessert. Save your money and go somewhere else. What a disappointment.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I had to repeat my order FOUR times and they claimed they didn’t hear me because I was on the phone. I ordered 2 chicken dinners and asked for more tzatziki because the lady (who looked south-Asian) put one spoonful. For a big dinner that’s filled with rice I shouldn’t be getting one teaspoon of tzatziki and was told it costs extra for more… what a joke. Staff are rude. They charged me for ONE chicken dinner and I had to repeat myself for a FIFTH time saying I had ordered the TWO chicken dinners. I asked for the manager and the lady at cash said they have no manager… seconds after putting up a fuss that I was leaving the second chicken dinner behind because I refused to make another purchase with them as they’re all rude and lack customer service. Not to mention, after all the ruckus an older guy walks out from the back and claimed to be the “owner”. I was confused because the staff at cash just LIED and said they have no manager? He then began arguing with me… so unprofessional. The entire food court was starring. They’re so rude and wont be seeing me ever again. I gladly purchased from another food vendor in the mall and was provided exceptional customer service. I will be calling head office to further express my complaint.
