I have ordered multiple times, very stingy with the quantity, these 2 pieces are barely 1 thigh, and they charge you another 5 dollars for another half piece of a thigh. The minimum wage cook wouldn’t care much about putting less, these instructions come directly from management. Good luck staying afloat

Juicy Bird really disappointed me. Their burgers are stale if you order late at night, and the person answering the phone is rude, simply saying “NO” instead of helping. If they can’t offer fresh food or polite service, they shouldn’t be taking late-night orders. Definitely not worth it when the food is stale and the service unwelcoming.

Ordered the Nashville boneless chicken thigh combo through Uber Eats, genuinely the worst chicken ive ever had the displeasure of taking a bite out of. Zero flavour, just heat. The fries were soggy and bland without any flavour aswell. Would NEVER recommend this atrocity of a meal to anybody and never again will eat from this place.

Juicy Birds Pickering is my new go-to spot for fried chicken. The sandwiches are huge, crispy, and packed with flavor. Staff are super friendly and the food is always fresh. Highly recommend! The portions are generous, and you always get great value for your money.

I ordered the G.O.A.T and the chicken bites poutine. I definitely liked the Nashville Hot spice level and the sandwich was great! The chicken bites poutine wasn’t that special, felt like eating chicken nuggets with gam-my fries. Now this would be a 4 star if the cleanliness in the restaurant was at least par. I wasn’t too impressed with the guys creating Mac and cheese with an already used pan simply scraping off left over cheese and remaking another order. I would hope if I ordered that off the menu, they would wash the pot before making my order.

I ordered through uber pick up and my food took 45 mins, the chicken was pink and the fires were not cooked properly too.

My partner and I wanted to check it out and we’ve returned 3 times so far. Food has been spot on every time and the customer service is always great. I’m just sad that the Mac n cheese with chicken on top is off the menu :(
