My dad and I had there small burgers with fries. They did cook it but it tasted off. Either undercooked or been sitting way too long and tasted very questionable wouldn't recommend. I also called them and phone rang 15 times and no one answered first time. Keep in mind No one was dining in the place. The fries could have been cooked a little bit more but that's the least of my worries.

Staff were very polite, kind, caring and attentive. Very reasonably priced. However the food quality was rather poor. On a plate of Bacon, eggs, and home potatoes: Bacon was dry and cold, potatoes (half of the plate) were very undercooked. Duct tape covered torn upholstery, with many fruit flies present.

An old school classic breakfast place, the space is clean and cozy. Our waitress, Amy, was very nice, regularly checked up on us and made sure our coffee was refilled. We got the Kathryn's combo 1 which comes with the option of pancakes, meats, eggs and home fries. We upgraded the pancakes to chocolate chip. It was a big portion enough for 2 people, could have been a little softer but it was not bad. The sausage and eggs were really good and the home fries were a little undercooked for my liking. Next time I would ask for them to make it crispy. We also got the wings from their lunch & dinner portion of the menu, the fries were amazing and crispy and the wings were cooked well. Overall I would rate this place a 7/10. I would like to come try their fish and chips next time.

Went here for the first time. It took about 40 minutes to get our food and when it finally came it wasn't even cooked. Just raw food. Raw vegetables that should have been steamed, raw burger but burnt on the outside, completely undercooked fries. The server didn't come by at all to check on us and after waiting for another half hour I had to go find them all hiding and tell them that our food wasn't cooked. Never again. Would give zero stars if possible.

We come here often and have done so for a few years. With new ownership comes new staff. The previous servers, icons of Kathryn's themselves, are dearly missed. They hustled and knew everyone. And were always here. The new staff are young, change pretty regularly and dont really understand their role in making dining out an experience. They are order takers and nothing more. The inflexibilty of the new owners makes substitutions difficult or charge for thr change so making a meal a little healthier is hard to do. The good remains good although the breakfast home fries need some work. They lack seasoning and are often undercooked for my preference. Will we keep coming? Maybe but will start checking out other places again. Any recommendations??
