Rude customer service. I asked for oolong tea without realizing that there are two types of oolong teas, one with milk and one without milk. The guy didn’t ask me how I wanted my tea and just assumed it was without milk. After brief argument, he made another one with just milk and no taste of teat whatsoever. I came to this store after seeing so many good reviews and this was my second time. During my first visit on Thursday afternoon (Dec 19) another guy helped and was super friendly. This guy (Sunday night, Dec 22nd) was rude, sarcastic and not friendly at all. To be fair, the guy did change to oolong tea with milk at the end but couldn’t get the taste of the tea as it was mostly just milk. I would not go to this place again.

Went here before closing on Thursday and we got a guava punch with mango popping boba, and a honeydew milk tea with aloe jelly. Both were really good. I’m planning on going here again the next time I get a chance, and I’m gonna try out some more items on the menu.

This place is OK, but lottery is crazyyy in a Boba place. Never seen b4. Also, it's like omega white washed but it's in pickering so it's good considered its location.

I love cocoa cream wow it’s the best I’ve ever had but the service is not so great I always tell them to make sure it’s coco cream wow with no cap but they hear it as milk cap and waste time
I went to this location yesterday, the server was changing the garbage. I proceeded to ask her to wash her hands as she grabbed a cup with her dirty hands, I have a weak immune system as I have a tumor and that's why I asked her to wash her hands. She washed her hands and put my drink in the same cup she touched after she touched the garbage, I've been sick since I had the drink. I got a fever and have been vomiting since, so I know I picked up a germ. This was the only place I went as I've been home, please teach your staff proper hygiene.

Good but frequently out of toppings. 2/3 times I’ve went they’ve been out of oreo and this time they were out of tapioca so they couldn’t make any bubble tea … are a bubble tea place!

This place is awesome. I ordered a standard milk tea and my gf orders. Both were good and my gf's was a little too sweet for her but she enjoyed it. This place is just as good as places in scarborough or toronto if not better
