Got their original milk bubble tea. It tasted like SOAP. Literally went into the garbage after 3 sips. I really wanted to like it. And horrible attitude from the owner himself. Will never come back! Gross
This location is a sister company of Kung Fu Tea, but unfortunately it does not live up to the same standard. The drinks here are made without care—staff did not ask for ice or sugar preferences, and when I requested a correction to the sugar level, the worker gave me a hard time and refused to remake the drink. In an industry as competitive as bubble tea, poor customer service and lack of attention will quickly drive customers away.

Drink tastes alright, it’s on the sweeter side. I didn’t get an option to choose the sweetness level or ice level.
The service needs improvement. Not sure what was so funny but when we were ordering, the girl kept laughing and it made us feel really uncomfortable.
