I tried this location again to give them another chance. My worst mistake. The manger actually told me this is how kfc chicken is. This was my first time in any fast food chain I actually went back to give them their food back. Ppl do yourself a favor and skip this location, and if that’s the case the chicken comes like that , then stay away from kfc all together. In 2024 their is way more options to choose from and get a good decent fried chicken that you pay for then food they serve as if they gave it to you for free. UNBELIEVABLE SMH

Ordered online, thats how i unwrap the sandwich. The sandwiches were saggy, fries were saggy. The chicken pieces itself tasted like they severed it from yesterday. If I was not leaving for my job I would have turned around and ask them to make it fresh again. But experience with food quality was horrible. Staff is friendly though.

Worse experience. I was on call to modify my Uber order the call got dropped and the. The store disconnected their phone. Has happened more than once there is one more kfc on Kingston road go for that one

I ordered my sandwich and sat there waiting for twenty mins while everyone came ordered their food and left. They somehow forgot my order. While I’m sitting there, being the only one left in the store. How do you hire these folks? They sat there and talked. Cashier could have helped, she didn’t. One of the most useless stores out there.

I ordered two burgers and 4 pcs chicken with fries. The food was terrible. Chicken pcs are very salty and oily. It seems they fried using old oil. And chicken pcs are not even cooked well also. I feel very disappointed with this location. Hope we will not get food poisoned ?
