Ki is so knowledgeable and friendly! Great information to improve your health and address many health issues you may have.
Have been ordering meals from Kiran for several years. As a gluten-free vegan, it's not easy to find delicious and satisfying prepped meals for those days that I don't have time to cook. Every dish has amazing flavours and they're very generous portions. My hubby who calls himself a "meat-eating" vegetarian LOVES Kiran's meals. He only eats tofu if she makes it.
