Food is TERRIBLE!!! falafels do not have a fantastic taste at all, they are just okay, edible at least. The lentil rice tastes like cardboard, not edible at all. Tahini sauce does not tates like Tahini and it has a very weird aspect. Hubby tried a Shawarma wrap and he was very dissapointed, lacked of flavour. Will not be back.

The worst Lazeez location. If I could give them a 0 star I would. They NEVER answer the calls and the one time they do they don’t have anything. Everything is “sorry we don’t have that today” something as regular as beef or chicken. Oh and don’t get fooled by it showing open on google because when you go they’re closed. The worst is all I can say. Close this location down asap.

The food is objectively bad. I’ve never had a shawarma so dry, stale, and flavourless. Maybe the first time I visited was just unlucky. I went back a second time and it was even worse. Skip this place, there are a lot better options.

I had a shawarma poutine today on uber eats from this location. Food was garbage. Fries were soggy, gravy was too salty and blackish. Instead of shredded cheese they put cheese curds which were too sour. Also, portion size was too small. I will never order from here 🤬

I had the worst experience today at this location. The food was completely uncooked — the shawarma didn’t seem properly prepared, and the fries were undercooked and soggy. There was no drink selection available, which made things even more disappointing. The person preparing the food was careless and didn’t cook properly. I wasted $15 on a meal I couldn’t even eat. This was honestly one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had, and I will never be returning.

Ordered for delivery rhrough ubereats and got the buy1get1 deal for the chicken on the rocks and both containers were only half full?? The serving sizes were surprisingly so small and they were literally only filler up halfway. I was quite shocked. For mediocre food i guess I could just go back to osmows- at least they have bigger postion sizes and fill up the box properly.

I had a complain about putting less chicken than the standard and rather than owning up to their mistake. The guy who works there becomes sarcastic about it. This is not how how you respond the client.

Nobody tolerates such behaviour towards clients who eat Lazeez at this specific location

Very disappointed.
I hope the owner gives proper training on how to be speak politely and follow standard procedures without answering sarcastically.

Strict action should be taken towards this unapologetic untrained employee.

Worst experience ever! Dirty and unhygienic place with worst customer service. After standing in lineup for 15 minutes to place an order the owner who has been sitting right beside along announces that we are stopping to serve as we have backlog of 50 orders. Do he asked everyone in line to just leave. This is at 8:45pm whereas their operating hours are till midnight. And when everyone leaves they just turn all the lights off, which means the owner was lying about the backlog of 50 orders! I would rather hear the truth, businesses have challenges and most customers are understanding. Guess the lack of hygiene is not the only thing, they lack values and customer service too. Good reason for me to not give business to this place.
