I had a complain about putting less chicken than the standard and rather than owning up to their mistake. The guy who works there becomes sarcastic about it. This is not how how you respond the client.
Nobody tolerates such behaviour towards clients who eat Lazeez at this specific location
Very disappointed. I hope the owner gives proper training on how to be speak politely and follow standard procedures without answering sarcastically.
Strict action should be taken towards this unapologetic untrained employee.

Worst experience ever! Dirty and unhygienic place with worst customer service. After standing in lineup for 15 minutes to place an order the owner who has been sitting right beside along announces that we are stopping to serve as we have backlog of 50 orders. Do he asked everyone in line to just leave. This is at 8:45pm whereas their operating hours are till midnight. And when everyone leaves they just turn all the lights off, which means the owner was lying about the backlog of 50 orders! I would rather hear the truth, businesses have challenges and most customers are understanding. Guess the lack of hygiene is not the only thing, they lack values and customer service too. Good reason for me to not give business to this place.

Ordered a large beef shawarma, and it was a huge disappointment. The meat tasted sour, completely ruining the flavor. I’ve had better from other locations, but this one was by far the worst. Won’t be coming back.

I got 2 order of Lazeez on the rocks and sticks. Both were really dry, the quantity very less, there was barely any sauce. I have had Lazeez at different locations and this one is the worst.
Nastiest chicken I ever paid for. Something tasted awful about their chicken. Something in their food had a nasty smell and when we ate it felt like reheated old food. Food super dry and they were mad stingy with their sauce. Over priced and under deliver.

Chicken was very dry and flavourless. They don't shave the chicken fresh, it's stored in a box. Could even be reheated chicken from the day before. Place was dirty, and unsanitary. They had electric wires and cables right in front of the food station. I think this is a violation. Will be contacting the City to report this place.
