Overall good food and ambience. It is one of fav places to visit and dine on special occasions. Only concern was this time was the lady at the reception did not pay attention to the online reservation which requested a table at high top and was putting us behind the queue of walk-ins. Given that it was Valentine's day eve, I do understand and respect the schedules are tight and they dont have much visibility on when tables would be available, but she kept on saying there is no table at high top available eventhough there were plenty of tables. Finally she got to provide us a table which was not what we asked for, until it was intervened by a senior attendant.

Have visited many lone stars across the province. This is my least favourite location. For this visit, we walked in to an almost empty restaurant around 440 on Valentine's Day. We were told they weren't taking reservations or walks in. So happily walked out to our car to try to get reservations at a different location when we saw we were able to make reservations for 5 o'clock at this location. When we walked back in and showed them our reservation for five, the hosts were not very kind and barely spoke a word to us. Our server was beyond amazing. However, most of the time we get attitude at this location and it's hit or miss if the food is good this time it was great. So keep this in mind when choosing a lone star location, Richmond Hill and Pickering are not that far off

Lone Star is always really good. Only thing was the lettuce was a bit brown this time but must have been a bad batch. Everything else was fresh and delicious.

When I first walked in, there was nobody at the door and we had to wait to be seated for almost 10 minutes and the girl who sat us had the worst attitude ever - no apologies for making us wait or anything. It wasn’t busy at all, with many tables open and the servers and hostess herself looked at us, but did not come over to greet/seat us. Extremely unprofessional and put a bad taste in my mouth before even starting. To top it off this was our first time at this location; we will never come back.

The virgin marg was alright. The server did the bare minimum, was ok. I ordered the curly fries because it's my first time there and I'm a lacto vegetarian not the type of food I'd eat but my friends wanted to go. The first plate was scarce. I was still hungry. Ordered a second plate and it was stacked. Was confused by the difference between the two servings of the same item. Curly fries are good.

My partner and I have been fans of this restaurant for a while. However, within the last year++ they have consistently let us down when we order from there. Whether we pick up our food or order for delivery- there has always been something wrong with our order. Twice now we have seen a manager there about incorrect orders. An apology and acknowledgement was given but nothing has changed and it’s really disappointing and frustrating.

Was standard… Nothing to rave about bout wouldn’t complain. Was there many years ago and it lost its Texas style feel it once had. Just feels like another overpriced restaurant trying to stand out.

I went for wing night. Wings were great. Service was fine. Place was empty. Ive had the fajitas there before. SO DAMN GOOD!. Take the whole family to see the fresh tortillas being made.
I / we finally got in to one of them as I've been wanting to check them out for a long time now ! , I also finally got to try Gator for the first time it & the sauce was delicious but I was / am a bit disappointed with the portion size for the money ☹️ , my other half loved her quesadilla I really enjoyed my 7 ounce steak but I had to send it back as it was a little over cooked the first time but they fixed it and I received a discount on my steak ! , we'll definitely try them again 😊👍

The quality has gone down over the past years. We had the fajita with beef. The beef was burnt, thin and dry. The fajitas were cold and hard. Service wise, we did not receive any napkins until the meal was over. We did not receive forks until asked, and even then, some at the table did not receive a fork. I do not recommend this location.

Been here plenty of times but this time the service was off and the atmosphere has changed so much, wish it was like a family like it used to be now it feels more forced and corporate, good staff overall and the foods always a hit.
