We used to order regularly from here. The portions have decreased, while the quality has declined. Our usual halibut family dinner has gone up by almost $20 while the size of the fish portions has gotten less and less. The halibut was cut paper thin, and then fried to a crisp. The fries and coleslaw were fine, but for that price it's not worth it. We will not go back...

So much grease on everything! The "halibut" didn't seem like halibut at all. The fries were dripping in grease, couldn't finish. The restaurant looked dirty and in need of a good cleaning! Sorry but won't be going back.

Ugh, I feel like vomiting. The amount of grease on the paper thin halibut was actually the most vile thing we have ever experienced with fish and chips. Not worth the price, not worth giving to your dog, or even a raccoon for that matter. Please don’t order from here. So nasty.

I’ve searching for the perfect fishing chips all over GTA. And I think this is it.The haddock and fries had had right amount of crisps and light in colour. It’s a result of fresh oil and just right amount of heat and cooking duration.All the food are served in paper boxes and wrapped in paper which is great for sustainability and after meal disposal.The gentle writing and the warm simple note gave the impression over the top upon the perfect execution of a simple classic dish.

The fish was over battered and very greasyFries looked like they were sitting for days …When it was delivered through skip the dishes opened the bag and realized there was no vinegar or tartar sauce in the bag.This has happened beforeWasn’t the worst fish and chips ever but I was disappointed will not be ordering from here again …..

On their website the Halibut Family Pack is listed at $55.30 On my last pick-up order (last Friday) they charged me $78.95. Extra fish listed at $9.85 but charged me $14.25. They overcharged me by $28.05 (tax extra). They just lost a long time customer. Stay away from this place.
Been coming here for at least 2 years went today called and placed my order I live 9 minutes away fries and fish are cold. Serving size has also shrunk used to get 2 peices of fish(1 big 1 small) now it's just the big one and it's $18 and some change. Still tasted good I suggest not pre ordering tho.

I've been coming here for years. Every time I am in the area I would always make sure I stop by(sometimes I make a trip down here from Toronto just for them)[ 1 Haddock & 1 Chip ] - The batter is light and crispy yet flavourful. Fries are hand cut style which was the style I like a lot.*They offer 1/2 chip size as wellYou can definitely taste that they change their cooking oil regularly. If you're reading this just go and try them out. You won't be disappointed.
