Ordered online. Went to pickup and gave me the wrong order (good thing I checked it in the car before driving out). The cashier never apologize, just told me it will take at least 5 mins to make the new order.

Terrible parking, slow service, good food. Took several minutes just to get into the parking lot and not a lot of parking spots. Line to order was slow, and the food was good but not great.

Came to the location for the Blue Jays promo and they were already sold out what a waste of my time! Unimpressed. Don't promote something if you can't have enough stock even for a few hours

Just finished work, and knew about the promotion about the $1.93 Big Mary promotion on social media, came here at 4:00pm and it’s already sold out.
Really??!! Sold out at 4pm. Totally waste of time!!

And social media post doesn’t mention time, it say Nov 5 only on the post, which is 24hrs for what I know, next time post “for a few hours only or morning only”. So people who is working or studying don’t get a chance to get this promotion? Absolute scam, not cool at all… used to be a regular here, seems like not anymore!

Had a promo for Mary Chicken. The order went through on the app but they were actually sold out.
Now need to wait to make sure I get a refund. What a waste of a trip.

I’m unavailable to go to a different location as it seems I had already redeemed the promo.

If you guys can't handle the deals, then don't offer them. I ordered on the app, order was accepted and charged. Drove over to find out they aren't accepting app orders. Ridiculous and a waste of time.

If you can’t stock it, don’t advertise it. SOLD OUT AFTER 1 HOUR OF BEING OPEN ?? Showed up today specifically for the Blue Jays chicken burger promo and—surprise—staff said they sold out around noon - they open at 11am. Not the first time .. this keeps happening at Mary Brown’s: big promo, tiny supply, customers left empty-handed. What a waste of time! Save yourself the trip and skip the “deals” at Mary Brown’s! Called other locations and they were also sold out!

Their head office promotes a promo but they “sold out” after noon? Why bother promoting an offer than you cannot honour for even less than half a day.

First the app doesn’t allow ordering. And after you are able to order but they won’t honour your order.

Please don’t waste people’s time and gas!

Mary brown sold out of their famous chicken sandwich at noon time. If you want to celebrate with the promo, then prepare enough for people. If it's sold out by 6 pm, I get it, but noon???? If you are cheap, then dont even have any promos. Wasted my time to travel there for nothing! Worst fast food chain!
