It doesn't happen often but my burger was fresh and the cheese was melted in the fresh grease from the burger. If the fries were just as fresh I would have given a 5.

I don't know how you make a mistake 3 times in a single order, on the same item and after it had been sent back but they did it
Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder BLT with no tomatoes or pickles. Got my food and the burger had one patty, sent it back and noticed the replacement pickles, got home and noticed they forgot the bacon. Not to mention it was a greasy mess even by McDonald's low standards
If you order from here, make sure you check your food before leaving, same goes for any McDonald's

The last 7 times I’ve ordered through this McDonald’s drive-thru, they’ve gotten something in my order wrong. Whether it’s not including the add-ons I ask for or having entirely missing items in my order.
Seriously, confirming something like extra pickle or an extra patty at the kiosk AND the cashier, the still not getting the extras in the final order is insane.
It’s never been busy enough to justify missing things like that. It’s also a very slow service at this location for some reason.
Coffee did not taste the best, though the location looked newly renovated!

I lynreason it isn't 5 stars is I constantly go through drive through and get stuck being told to park, sometimes they have 3 or 4 people parked and waiting and they bring out all orders together rather then serving the food at then window. I write this review while again waiting in a spot after going through the drive through.

Enough is enough!!! I've been going to this McDonald's for years, generally I empathize with the staff as i have also worked in the fast food industry. I've hoped that they'd improve all this time but no.
So in light of this, here's a few things to mention about this location specifically:
First, the drive through. They prioritize getting there window time down, which is one, unethical, and two against the rules so that they can get bonuses, that they frankly do not deserve. Head office if you are reading this, pose as a regular customer for an audit and you'll experience it first hand.
Secondly, Every time I have visited this location because of convivence, it seems like they are trying to rush through orders without any regard for accuracy. Not only do they mess up many customers orders, but they often handover the wrong orders because they simply don't check the receipt of the customer before the handover.
Lastly, most will understand that restaurants do get busy, its understandable when orders are wrong because of customer volume, but the frequency of that happening is frustrating. Often enough even during non peak hours, the staff appears overwhelmed and disorganized, seeing them prioritize speed over quality and customer satisfaction.
This is saddening to say that although I have been a customer there for so long, all I can now say to others is that, If you value your time and want your order done right, I highly recommend avoiding this McDonald's.
