I placed my order through the app around 2:30 am for two Deluxe Burgers at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, one of the burgers contained bacon. As someone who does not eat pork for religious reasons, this was very upsetting and unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but the staff neither acknowledged nor apologized for the issue, which made the experience even more disappointing. Because of this incident, I feel that I may never be able to eat a burger again in my life. I truly hope more attention will be given in the future to ensure accuracy with orders.

I don’t get it… How difficult is it to look at a screen, then make the food and put it in a bag in the dead hours of the morning? I’ve ordered multiple times from this location through DoorDash and multiple times now half my order has been missing. Can your employees even read?

Came here for a chocolate milkshake as this is what I have been wanting for a long time, I went to a diff location recently and I couldn’t even drink it, it tasted like nothing. So I choose to try another location and this milkshake also didn’t taste like chocolate but some kind of berry. Sooo annoying! If you don’t make chocolate milkshake don’t advertise that you do! Also curious what would happen if someone with allergies to fruit of some sort was given a “chocolate”/berry shake?

Place was total mess. Garbages overflowing, no clean tables at all everyone of them was dirty. Behind the line garbages overflowing in kitchen area. It seemed staff were focused on drive thru and Uber eats than inside dining. Would not recommend eating in at this location.

It's mcdonalds.its the same old same old...but I give this 5 star because of Nicky and Theo, while Theo was cleaning the floor she had him come to the counter and gave him direction and positive influence he smiled , she smiled and that made me smile because that is an honest exchange of humanity. I won't forget that.

i went to mcdonald’s at 3:31pm on friday august 1st. at first i completed my order asking for a strawberry milkshake. i was told yep that’s fine and to pay at first window. then they told me its not working at the machine. after the second window a wonderful lady named kayla told me the truth and got me my strawberry milkshake i am so thankful and glad for kayla from her amazing customer service and kindness !!

The worst McD's .. the orders are always done 1/2 way my flurry today has filling on the top bit but the bottom was plain ice cream. Its just an easy location but no more. The service was fine, they were busy. But the actual food is not worth it. The one on Brock is way better.

Men washroom is disgusting , probably the seat and urinals not cleaned in days. Stool is caked dry under the lid . Nauseating. Update - one week later the bathroom door lock broken ،the men bathroom as dirty as before and no bathroom tissue
