They dont even deserve 1 star. Waited 15 minutes for a burger and a coffee meanwhile I watched them finish atleast 15 drive through orders. Laziest Mcdonalds I have ever seen. Pathetic.

I specifically asked for less ice in my coffee.
I strictly ordered junior chicken combo with no lettuce and when I came home my order was wrong and had lettuce. I called the Liverpool location and when I mention my issue the lady I spoke was wasn’t nice and blaming me to check my order before leaving the drive thru. She wanted me to drive another 20 m and bring back back the burger for a switch. Not happy with this location and the person that I spoke did not provide me her name and said go ahead call the office and mention it’s the closing manager.

Ice cold place. I felt very uncomfortable because of the blasting AC. It's winter, so they should turn on the heat. The bathroom was also horrible.
Took half and hour for a single McMuffin, unless they were making the bread from scratch and waiting for chicken to lay the egg that's ridiculous.

Made me wait infront of the store for 10 minutes in the early morning after accepting the online order. If you guys are busy with the cleaning or something just don't accept it.just close your online orders at that time

I placed my order through the app around 2:30 am for two Deluxe Burgers at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, one of the burgers contained bacon. As someone who does not eat pork for religious reasons, this was very upsetting and unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but the staff neither acknowledged nor apologized for the issue, which made the experience even more disappointing. Because of this incident, I feel that I may never be able to eat a burger again in my life. I truly hope more attention will be given in the future to ensure accuracy with orders.
