It's mcdonalds.its the same old same old...but I give this 5 star because of Nicky and Theo, while Theo was cleaning the floor she had him come to the counter and gave him direction and positive influence he smiled , she smiled and that made me smile because that is an honest exchange of humanity. I won't forget that.
i went to mcdonald’s at 3:31pm on friday august 1st. at first i completed my order asking for a strawberry milkshake. i was told yep that’s fine and to pay at first window. then they told me its not working at the machine. after the second window a wonderful lady named kayla told me the truth and got me my strawberry milkshake i am so thankful and glad for kayla from her amazing customer service and kindness !!
Josiah is the only reason for my 5 star rating. Always friendly, professional, and accurate, he is the shining star of this location. I hope McDonalds treats him well. Other employers will easily see that he’d be an asset to any company. If I was an hiring manager, I would have poached him from you by now! Every time I hear his voice at the speaker, I breathe a sigh of relief. Thank you Josiah.
