This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, first of all we get into the drive thru and we sat there for 5+ minutes and saw 7 cars go by. At this point we are upset and we had to walk up to the first window just for them to serve us. After that entire altercation we get up to the window, pay and then we are told to pull to the side and they will bring the food out. We sat there for over15 minutes until finally we got the food. By the way all we got was a sausage mc muffin, a small fry and a coke. And they screwed our order up!!! I do not recommend this location. Terrible.

Came here for a pit stop coming home from a friend's cottage with a baby and it was filthy in there. In addition to that, the change table in the women's washroom was unbelievably dangerous. Posting a picture for reference. It did not look right and when placing my baby, sunk further to the ground. I realized that this was not safe to let go of him to change him and had to clean out our trunk to change him in there. The washrooms were not clean, either.

Ordered Happy meal for my kid, the happy meal was missing chicken nuggets, the staff was busy listening to music at high volume and not bothered to fulfill the orders. Will never order from here, extremely disappointed, they ruined my kids dinner.

I visited this location around 1 pm on Nov. 18th, 2024. We entered our order using the ordering screen and waited for it to be filled. I noticed a high pitch beeping which just didn't stop. I couldn't believe the number of staff behind the counter. About five minutes went by, the beeping continued. A gal carrying two cash trays was going by and I asked if she was a supervisor/manager. She said no and continued on her way. I immediately asked her what the beeping was. She said it's an indicator advising something needs to be done to the fries. She then said no one wants to do the job so it continues to keep beeping. I couldn't believe my ears. On previous trips to this location, I've found the staff to be indifferent. They certainly don't appear to be working as a team. Prior to my order being filled, the beeping stopped and then started up again. We ate our meal in house with that stupid beeping going on throughout. It was really annoying. I should have asked to speak to the manager or supervisor, but I didn't. I have to be honest, our meal was spoiled by the continuous noise. We will not be returning to this location.

Dining area is almost empty. I walked up to the front counter. Three employees were by the drive thru. I waited and waited and waited. Two looked up at me and went back to what they were doing.

I just wanted a tea. But I waited and waited and just gave up and left.

I once used the kiosk and had to wait over 15 minutes for them to make a tea. Like most McDonald’s it’s poorly managed.

And why is tea different prices. It’s just got water. McDonald’s charges more for more hot water? Ridiculous nickel and diming.

6 times in one month they’ve got my order wrong, and 4 of those times I got less than what I paid for. They can charge you for upsizing, but won’t give you what you paid for. Manager didn’t seem to care when I called. Told me I could come back and get it, no shit!

Ordered a hot chocolate with milk. I was handed hot water with milk in it. Gross. This has been an issue going here before specificially with hot chocolate previous winters and officially no matter if you hope their staff may have changed it seems to be a problem year after year.

I recently visited this McDonald’s and had an overall pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and my order was served promptly. The food was fresh and met my expectations, maintaining the classic taste that McDonald’s is known for. However, I was disappointed with the coffee—it was served cold, which affected my enjoyment of the beverage. I was hoping for a hot, energizing cup to accompany my meal, so this aspect fell short. I have experienced similar at McDonald’s too, so I think its not a problem with this restaurant in specific. Hope they can pay more attention to serving temperatures in the future, but aside from that, it was a good visit.
