Moxies Pickering Restaurant

It's one of my favorite spots to eat! Went there for birthday dinner with hubby, and the services were good. Food en drinks didn't take too long to come. I had the lavender lemonade so delicious! We ordered an appetizer, the potstick, it was yummy, and our main dishes were burger en fries & tuna poke bowl decent size I loved it. Light and healthy meals, wish I had room for dessert.

Vegetarian options: They had a good selection for vegetarian.

Parking: Park in the area of farm boys if you can

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly until 9pm. Then it gets loud.

I really enjoyed the Maki Maki fish in September
Decided to go again but this time is was almost burnt and definitely not the same in September
Boyfriend had chicken with Cajun rub it had curry in it
Lets say we both had belly aches that night

Food was mid. I've tried the white chocolate brownie here a few times and it's always stale or hard. Alwayssss! The manager is nice.the staff idk they were very rude and didn't deserve the 15% tip.

I took my mom and two kids out for dinner on a weeknight. The waiter took long to come to our table and take our order (10min). I asked to have the kids meals come out first but all our dishes came out together which by the way took 20 min to arrive. Now I had to feed the kids while my food got cold. This is why I wanted the kids food to come out first. The kids meals came with a drink. I asked for milk which took 10 min to arrive. I also asked for the kids dessert when I asked for their drinks but that took 15 minutes to arrive after the milk came. The dessert was a scoop of ice cream which does not take long to prepare at all! At that point the kids have been there for so long waiting and now are cranky. I asked for the bill and at the same time ask to put my kids leftover burgers in a container. The bill arrived and he asks if he can clear the plates. I said no I need a take out container. He comes back with it and uses his own hands to put the burgers in the box!!! So unsanitary! The only good thing I can say is the food was good. I also went and talked to a manager as we were leaving and she was not very helpful and just apologized.

ciara was so amazing!! we sat at the bar rail as it was a busy night and we had no reservation but that wasn’t a problem for us. ciara was so attentive and made sure we taken care of. she was always checking in on us. we always have good service here but tonight it was by far the best service we’ve had so far! many other other workers also checked in on us and were so amazing!

The waitress that served us was far too chatty for my liking. Instead of taking out orders....she yapped on for a good 20 minutes before someone from our group reminded her that we were hungry. Oh, and when I DID put my order through (finally!), it took approximately one hour to get to me because she apparently forgot about it. Lol.

I always come to this Moxie's (7+ years) and I had the best server today!!
Ciara was so kind, and had that perfect balance between being attentive and letting us enjoy our experience too!
She was very helpful by providing great recommendations and her friendly service made my friend's birthday dinner extra special!

P.s. yes the food and drinks are so yummy I love the shrimp + calamari, the roasted tomato+ feta dip and of course the white chocolate brownie is to die for!

Ridiculous. I have been to this location 5 times prior and had no problem. We went there got seated and waited 20 min yet no server came. My husband and I got up and just walked out. Absolutely absurd. I just went to Pickle Barrel instead.

After-pandemic-Moxies has severely went down hill with the food.
Lots of the great menu items have changed.
Service is always consistent but food is now OK.
The took away the Bruchetta, which was such a popular and favorite menu item.
Used to be a regular customer, but haven’t been there much since.
Still a great clean and beautiful atmosphere.
