I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with this restaurant. I visit regularly for pickups, and almost every time, the order is not ready by the estimated time. The staff always say “just 2 minutes,” but it usually takes at least 20 minutes—and on one occasion, it took over 45 minutes due to a messed-up order.
This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s happened to me at least 10 times. What’s more frustrating is seeing other customers who arrive after me receive their food and leave before me. When I ask about the delay, I’m usually given vague excuses like “we’re busy,” even when the restaurant is nearly empty.
I’ve tried to be patient, but the lack of organization and accountability has made me want to avoid this place altogether. Hopefully, they take feedback seriously and make improvements.

I ordered from here for our Easter dinner of 20 people. Normally when I order chicken from other places...it is dry by the time it gets delivered. The food was delicious and the chicken skewers were cooked to perfection and moist. The owner was very nice and accommodating as well. I highly recommend.

To make my family Easter celebration easier for everyone, we decided to get Mr. Greek to cater it. We got the Souvlaki Feast for 15 people. The food arrived nicely packed and freshly cooked. My family LOVED all the food - the chicken was tender, the potatoes were delicious and the tzatziki & salad dressing were awesome! Everything was delicious!! (Sorry no pictures because we inhaled the food once it arrived. LOL) We loved it so much that everyone agreed that we would get Mr. Greek to cater my Mom’s 80th birthday celebration. Kudos to the staff at Mr. Greek!

Portion was good but the food was not fresh! It was gross. Waste of my money! Never going back. Chicken souvlaki had no flavour and the rice was over cooked. The Greek salad was ok but the tomatoes looked spoiled. I’ve visited this location many times and had an ok experience. Very disappointed ☹️

The staffs Marilyn & Sona rendered an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner & manager Zalmai was all hands-on, helping with his staffs. He is very accommodating & friendly. The place aura was great!! and very clean. The washroom was also very clean and neat. The foods was also excellent. We were 15 counts in attendance for my daughter birthday celebration.
Mr.Greek Pickering is always a go to food spot for my family and I. Not only do we enjoy the food but it’s always a friendly environment! Try out the new beef kabab meal!

We had Mr. Greek cater our annual block party. The food arrived right on time and they even set everything up too. The food was delicious and fantastic!!!! There was plenty for everyone with food for tomorrow too. The service was excellent and we look forward to booking with again and again! Thank Mr. Greek for Everything!!!
I always come in there and as for pretty much the same meal without cucumbers and they always add it I have an allergy to them and I basically waste my money cause I have to throw it out once I notice
