I used to be a regular here and loved it. I went multiple times a week while my son was at Taekwondo a few shops down.
Since the owners changed, wait times for food has been ridiculous. I’ve had to cancel after waiting 40 minutes for wings and so have other customers.
I tried to give them so many chances and hoped it was just a new adjustment period.
Yesterday was it for me. I ordered wings and waited 30 minutes and was served raw bloody wings. Servers and BOH were sympathetic. They apologized, BOH acknowledged it was raw and said there was a new cook, took it off the bill and offered me a drink but I had to leave. I ended up with food poisoning and have been sick all night until now.
I don’t enjoy leaving this review because I used to love it here but I really hope management can turn this around.

The service was pleasant but inattentive. We didn't eat. We were there to see a band performance. There aren't many tables with a good view, as a row of booths is in the middle. Replace the booths with tables if you want to be a music venue.

Had to take a bus from Toronto to Pickering, as the trains were out of service.
Decided to take a chance on a diner close to the go station, while we waited for the train.
Upon walking in we were immediately greeted with a friendly and comforting welcome.
Everyone working was extremely gracious, and made us feel at home :)
The food was delicious and very prompt (as they knew we had to catch a train)
Hidden gem…..if you’re ever by the Pickering go station, I highly suggest you stop in. It will definitely be worth the visit :)
Last minute outing turned into one of the best nights my group of friends and family have had!

My favourite place to go when I am in town. I’m a regular, the staff is incredible and the vibe is unmatched. The owner is very sweet. I lost my mother’s wedding ring one night and they held onto it for me. Very trustworthy people. If you’re looking for good food and a fun chill atmosphere come here. 🙏🏻

Never again. Ordered on uber. First time they forgot my drinks… burger was fine but they gave me like 5 fries. Decided to give them another try… this time they decided what drinks I wanted instead of following my coke order, got my order the burger is covered in either butter or grease? And it’s like a toddler size burger. I’m genuinely so confused… I will not be ordering from here again
