Amazing coffee and service - we clean the interior boats for clients and the employees of Maid Mart find this place amazing.

I’ve also been on a Friday night - great music 🎶 a must 💎 gem ☕️

Only coffee shops in the area. Not Good. Over rating guess no other choice

Lovely little cafe, good coffee and a small, but good offering of muffins etc. Interesting collection of amateur art on display which helps contribute to a good atmosphere. These small independent coffee shops are in such short supply in Pickering this one is well worth our encouragement and support!
I have adjusted my original rating which for some inexplicable reason showed as a 1 star instead of 5 stars!

Great cafe with indoor seating and patio. Beautiful location minutes to beach waterfront.

Iced tea seemed like it was literally just tea tossed in the fridge with ice cubes for a couple of hours. 6 bucks lol this place is a joke.

From Lebanon’s bold roasts to the refined cafés of France and Germany, I thought I had tasted the world—until I walked into Open Studio Art Café. One sip, and I knew: this wasn’t just coffee. This was a love letter in liquid form.

The air hums with soft echoes of the ’80s and ’90s—nostalgia dancing gently through warm light and brushstrokes. Every wall speaks through the language of color and canvas, framed by real instruments that look like they were just played moments before. The staff? A masterpiece of kindness. The kind of service that makes you feel less like a customer, and more like a returning muse.

Here, time doesn’t pass. It sways.
And every sip feels like a memory you never knew you missed.

If art could be poured into a cup, and music stirred gently into flavor—this is what it would taste like.

A great, welcoming place to duck into (or stay) for a quick cup of coffee and a snack. The blueberry muffins gets a thumbs up from my hungry and grumpy kid.

I liked the art on the wall and the whimsical balloons. Very cozy.

The owner is also very nice and the staff are great too.

Visited for the first time on a cold Sunday afternoon and was greeted warmly by the barista who asked for my name. Wonderful gentleman and excellent coffee. Will visit again.

Craving a break from processed, frozen, and stale café fare? Look no further than OpenStudio Café! Here, the owner welcomes you like a guest in her own home (because it truly is). Every dish is lovingly baked and cooked to order, then served with a personal touch as you relax or get some work done. It’s a cozy, heartfelt experience that feels like a warm hug in culinary form. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a place that treats you like family and makes you feel right at home with artwork that really show perspectives of life.

Cozy & Cool. I just had a $2 cookie as an excuse to journal here. I feel like I caught them by surprise and if I come again ordering more, they would show 5 stars across the board. I'll reevaluate next time.

Very cute and cozy place near water.
Loved the guitar paintings. Felt warm and comfortable there with nice light music.
Ladies are nice and friendly . Just wish there were more food/pastry varieties.
