Ordered through door dash from this place many times and every single time I don't know why I do. It is always cold. To the point I may as well just make it myself.
Today. At least 2 of the fries within the order were very obviously undercooked and still cold. And of course because its doordash they have no one to complain to and give you barely anything back.
Done with this place. If part of the order was still cold as if it weren't cooked enough, what else isn't cooked properly and how is their food handling processes?
Someone is going to get very sick eating from here and the other negative reviews I really wish I saw before I started ordering from here as alot of people are getting undercooked / raw chicken in their orders.
Never again.
The owner is just going to copy and paste the same thing as they do for everyone else that's had a bad experience.

I had two great back to back experiences at the Pickering Osmow's location. I went in one afternoon and saw the new walking shawarma special (sweet chilli heat dorritos with shawarma toppings). Nadhi (I hope I spelt this correctly!) made my order perfectly. The meal was so good that I returned two days later to order the same thing. Nadhi once again made my order perfectly. I so appreciate the attention to detail and warmth of Nadhi and others who work at this location. Thank you!
