Ordered the chicken and rice meal. With the amazing and very polite and helpful staff , their names are Nidhi ,Gagan, and Tass , I came in, not sure what to order and was approached by all three of them, they helped guided me through the menu with some popular choices . when I got home and opened it up, I was impressed by the large portion , all the flavours were amazing !!!!!! I’d like to thank the very friendly staff

First of all let me just say to all staff not the managers or the building cause nothing is wrong with here other than the staff I manage a team of 48 individuals so I can tell the difference when a person wanna work from when they don’t the staff is very pushy and rude especially that lady at nights all they do is rip off customers and some of us are not stupid if that’s what you all thinking I have been buying here for more than 2 years every Tuesday and Friday and when you order a super large wrap they give you normal so where is my money going are you guys the ones that are gonna pay for my gas to get home then come back to argue with you folks it’s been happening very regularly 6 times now and I don’t say anything I keep my cool but enough is enough next nothing is wrong with the place this is all on you staff with y’all different prices at night next time am writing to mr osmow because Pickering is a place of love not confusion too many one culture ppl in that place y’all too relax while the business going side ways we the ppl have a voice too and if anyone does read this yes am very upset wrong cold shawarma with pure attitude on top

I order a super size shawarma. Portion of the food was decent for one person. However, I see only lettuce inside for veggie and that took 50% of roll. Queenz shawarma on port union road provides a much better quality shawarma in my opinion.

I don't know what has happened but they are charging 17 for small and 20 for large for beef shawarma salad. When did Osmos become expensive. I cant come here casually anymore. Need to find another hole in the wall
