I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Papa John’s located at 820 Kingston Road. While my order was being prepared, I noticed one of the employees engaging in highly unsanitary behavior — he picked his nose and then immediately continued making pizza without washing his hands. When I politely raised my concern, instead of addressing the issue or taking hygienic action, he became defensive, rude, and even told us to leave and never come back.
Food safety and customer service should be a top priority in any restaurant, but my visit here left me feeling both uncomfortable and concerned about health standards. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I will not be returning, and next time I see something like this, I will be calling the health department.

I went to get pizza and the worker was itching his nose and he didn't wash his hands then he made the pizza with his dirty hands and when I asked him about it he was yelling at me saying i dont care and more stuff and then started a big argument just because I asked him why he didn't he wash his hands after touching his nose, and he told me to never come back to the pizza store ever again. I ordered a pizza from here and what I noticed when I arrived to pick up my pizza , was the cashier had dried dough all over his hands to the point the flour was crusted underneath his nails and flour all over his clothes. He cashed me out (I paid with cash) so he touched dirty money, then proceeded to go to the back to prepare other orders WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS.My point is hygiene along with presentation is NOT a priority for this location. It was disgusting and I can only imagine how dirty the food is being prepared and how filthy the restaurant is in the back.Morale of my story WASH YOUR HANDS / WEAR GLOVES.I won’t be ordering from them again.

I recently ordered this amazing pizza from Papa John’s, and it definitely hit the spot!
I tried a half-and-half pizza with two different toppings. One side had classic pepperoni and jalapeños — the perfect combo if you love a bit of spicy kick with your savory, cheesy bites. The other side had beef with green peppers and onions, giving it a more hearty, almost “steak and cheese” flavor that was super satisfying.
The crust was golden and had a nice chew, and the cheese was perfectly melted and stretchy. The toppings were fresh, generously spread, and full of flavor.
I also appreciated the signature pepperoncini on the side — a fun, zesty bonus that I always look forward to with Papa John’s pizzas.
Service was quick, and the pizza arrived hot and ready to eat. Overall, it made for a perfect comfort food night.
If you’re craving a classic pizza experience with bold flavors and great quality, I definitely recommend giving Papa John’s a try. Can’t wait to order again and explore more combinations!

The pizza was excellent but the young lady who served us was not customer friendly and was actually rude she should not be in the field of handling customers of different ethnicities.

Food is okay, but delivering time is long time waiting for example I live 5 minutes driving from the closest papa John's and waiting up to 45 minutes the delivery. The tracking maple in the app doesn't show anything moving. The delivery boy was here but he said didn't find anyone and took the order back to the store without giving a call to let me know if he is here because I don't have my own ringing bell because I live a basement without saperate entrance. I repeat that the food is good compare to prices but they lack of delivery issues.

Not sure if it's the location or corporate Papa Johns, but neither are to be trusted. The store messed up my pizza order > corporate said sorry and told me to call the store back for a full refund > store said store credit only, or bring the pizza back.
Then we got the worst in-store conflict resolution experience at a pizza shop, probably ever.
Shame because I actually really like the Papa Johns garlic dip. But this location will never get a single dollar from me ever again.

I usually order from this location without any issue. Last night I ordered my pizza for pickup and when I arrived at the store the cashier grabbed the box, hit it on the shelf; the box flipped fell in the ground. The cashier didn’t apologize , she just said “can you wait 6 mins” so I waited more than 10 mins… when the new pizza was done another associate was expecting me to pay.
I explained to him that the cashier dropped the original pizza on the floor infront of me, didn’t apologize and I should not be expected to pay. He proceeded to argue with me and then eventually said I can take the pizza without paying. Terrible customer service at this location….

One of the best tasting pizza! If you love Papa John’s pizza then get your pizza from this location. We ordered Garden Fresh veggie pizza and it was truly amazing! The sauce, cheese and toppings are in perfect portion and balance, resulting in very tasty pizza. Loved it on a cold winter night. The guy at the from was very pleasant and helpful as well.
