Didn’t provide dip and then wanted to charge $7 for coming back to deliver the dip. (3 minute drive). I order from Ajax all the time (thin crust) and get 1 free dip, so if it was advertised that they don’t give any dip at Pickering I would’ve ordered extra and paid for it.
The customer service was ridiculous and not helpful. Didn’t enjoy the dry, well done pizza because we anticipated having it with Papa John’s dip.
Super disappointed with the way the gentleman responded on the phone and wish I could take my tip to the driver for driving off after seeing me run out and call out to him.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Papa John’s located at 820 Kingston Road. While my order was being prepared, I noticed one of the employees engaging in highly unsanitary behavior — he picked his nose and then immediately continued making pizza without washing his hands. When I politely raised my concern, instead of addressing the issue or taking hygienic action, he became defensive, rude, and even told us to leave and never come back.
Food safety and customer service should be a top priority in any restaurant, but my visit here left me feeling both uncomfortable and concerned about health standards. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I will not be returning, and next time I see something like this, I will be calling the health department.

I went to get pizza and the worker was itching his nose and he didn't wash his hands then he made the pizza with his dirty hands and when I asked him about it he was yelling at me saying i dont care and more stuff and then started a big argument just because I asked him why he didn't he wash his hands after touching his nose, and he told me to never come back to the pizza store ever again. This store deserves 0 stars and they should fire that man. This happened today august 14, 2025 at 6:40 pm.
Recently visited in person looking to feed 3. Jason took our order and delivered great service. The food was also really good and staff are friendly and organized. Was a pleasant experience and will be coming back.

I ordered a pizza from here and what I noticed when I arrived to pick up my pizza , was the cashier had dried dough all over his hands to the point the flour was crusted underneath his nails and flour all over his clothes. He cashed me out (I paid with cash) so he touched dirty money, then proceeded to go to the back to prepare other orders WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS.My point is hygiene along with presentation is NOT a priority for this location. It was disgusting and I can only imagine how dirty the food is being prepared and how filthy the restaurant is in the back.Morale of my story WASH YOUR HANDS / WEAR GLOVES.I won’t be ordering from them again.

I recently ordered this amazing pizza from Papa John’s, and it definitely hit the spot!
I tried a half-and-half pizza with two different toppings. One side had classic pepperoni and jalapeños — the perfect combo if you love a bit of spicy kick with your savory, cheesy bites. The other side had beef with green peppers and onions, giving it a more hearty, almost “steak and cheese” flavor that was super satisfying.
The crust was golden and had a nice chew, and the cheese was perfectly melted and stretchy. The toppings were fresh, generously spread, and full of flavor.
I also appreciated the signature pepperoncini on the side — a fun, zesty bonus that I always look forward to with Papa John’s pizzas.
Service was quick, and the pizza arrived hot and ready to eat. Overall, it made for a perfect comfort food night.
If you’re craving a classic pizza experience with bold flavors and great quality, I definitely recommend giving Papa John’s a try. Can’t wait to order again and explore more combinations!
